M&L for stay assembly comprising of 16mm dia, 1.80 meter long galvanized stay rod , having 7 / 3.15mm GI stay wire stranded and 230mm X 230mm X 6mm thick stay plate, complete all as shown on electrical plate No 1 of SSR, Part-I 2009 with and including all necessary fittings/accessories like loop type insulator, stay clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down and dismantling old unserviceable stay assembly.

M&L for PCC type B1 (1:2:4) with 20 mm gradded stone aggregate for foundation poles, panel board etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC typeC1 (1:3:6) with 20 mm gradded stone aggregate for foundation poles, panel board etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type D2 (1:4:8) with 40 mm gradded stone aggregate for foundation poles, panel board etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking proper shut down, disconnecting incoming / out going cable, control cable from 11 KV VCB of any type and capacity upto 630 amps and carrying out complete servicing / overhauling, resetting of all electrical and mechanical parts for easy and proper operation, greasing of moving / revolving / sliding parts in VCB Panel, calibration of relays, meters incl thorough cleanining with air blower / vacuum cleaner, decarbonising & providing mineral jelly to all arcing contacts of the VCB panel, and serviceability check from local / remote control panel including replacement of unserviceable minor spare parts viz. nut / bolt / washer / connecting wire / insulation tape / sleeves etc complete including reassembling complete parts reconnecting incoming / outgoing cable, testing on load and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- (i). Unserviceable items other than minor parts to be replaced will be meaured and paid seperately as supply only under revelent items in the schedule. However, cost of certain minor spares viz nut / bolt / washer / connecting wire / insulation tape / sleeves etc. if required shall deem to be included in the cost of repair of the item. (ii) The spare parts to be replaced shall be of reputed brand / make and shall be of same type, design, specifications etc to match with the existing and as per the recommendation of OEM. (iii) Complete servicing and calibration work shall be carried out by qualified and reputed service engineer only.

Disconnection and taking out unserviceable distribution Transformer of capacity 200/250 KVA 11/0.415 KV from sub station for the following phase of works specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cost of Supply and fixing of nuts, bolts, washers fevicol sleeves cotton tapes etc shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Necessary test of Transformer shall be carried out by factory as per is in presence of MES representative and Test report shall be submitted to the department. (iii) All item above are having tentative quantity and specification and may change as per ground requirment.

Dismantling the Transformer of 200/250 KVA, 11/0.415 KVA capacity and transporting the Transformer from Sub station to workshop and draining out oil and storing aside lifting of core and winding assembly, further dismantling and segregation of HT/LT serviceable and unserviceable winding, taking out old worn out insulator, separators set for strip, inspection and further necessary repair and carrying out cleaning of complete transformer, removing of all worn out gasket/Jointing materials, oil seals. Segregation of all serviceable spares/ accessories/ components for reuse and replacement of unserviceable spares/accessories/ components with new materials and reassembling and transporting the transformer to sub stn after carrying out repair including dehydration and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Materials for HT/LT winding of Transformer super enameled copper wire/strip of appropriate cross section and turn as per existing all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Materials for re-insulation by wrapping with new insulation paper after taking down old burnt insulation including assembly and connection for 200/250 KVA, 11/0.433 KV Transformer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Carrying out replacement of all Gasket using rubber cork sheet of 6.0 mm thick including providing gasket cement adhesive all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Filtration and Dehydration of transformer oil of Transformers / OCBs / Oil switches at different location of PXE Chandipur with filtration cum dehydration machine to achieve desired level of di electric strength of transformer oil including testing complete as specified and all as directed by Engineer -in- Charge. Note- The quoted rate shall deem to incl for the cost of centrifuging the transformer oil by means of electrical operated centrifuging machine . (ii) The contrator shall test the di electric strength of oil of each transformer before dehydration & filtration and after completion of dehydration and filtration process he shall submit record of the same. Each sample of oil shall be tested with a transformer oil test machine at site in presence of concerned JE/ Engr- in- Charge. The contractor will have to arrange correctly calibrated Transformer Oil Test machine. for this purpose.

Disconnecting the transformer indoor out door from HT / LT side at site dismantling carefully and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover, conservator tank, neutral earth strip and draining out transformer oil to the required level and storing carefully in cleaned containers, cleaning of terminals, inspection of core, supply and replacing 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover and replacement of gaskets/oil seal of HT/LT side to arrest the leakage of transformer oil complete reassembling the complete dismantled items, reconnecting the HT/ LT supply cable ends at the site for the following transformers complete all as directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

Material and Labors for shifting of transformer from one area to another area of PXE and placing in position including installation testing and commissoning as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletcrode of size 60x60cm x 6.0 mm thick electrode as buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32mm x 6mm thick by means of bolts nuts,check nuts and washers at complete etc all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit in PCC(1:3:6) type CI cast iron frame 50mm thick pre cast RCC (1:1½ :3) nominal mix cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and funnel with watering pipe wire mesh GI protection pipe 40mm bore including testing complete including taking out old us earthing material all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note - Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid deparately)

Disconnecting & taking out old existing unserviceable HT/ LT cable of any sizes,in any position from trench/duct, cleaning the outer surface of cable, examining cable and joints for defects and ascertaining suitability of cable for reuse, cutting out the defective portion of cable/joint, including taking out old serviceble PCC cable covers or GI pipe of any description for remove/re-use all as directed by the Engineer –in-Charge.

M&L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

Re-laying of old serviceable bricks retreived from Sl No.1 here-in before for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

S&F in repair GI pipe light grade with all fitting laid in trenches and under road/floor/culverts along with pole etc 80mm bore. Make : Tata/Jindal/Surya

Material and labour for checking and finding out pin point location of fault in HT 11 KV underground cable with the help of fault locating mobile machine complete all as directed. Note : (i). Rate for rent of the fault locating mobile machine, charges for operator, engineer, electricians etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii). Fault Should be located and repaired within 12 hrs.). (iii). Excavation, earth work and jointing material will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of schedule
