Labour only for servicing of ceiling fan at site any size and make including oiling, greasing, cleaning of blades, checking of working speed, quarter pin, rubber real and replacement of unserviceable parts and taking down, rehanging in existing position after cleaning, servicing the fan as and when required bases complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only spares will be measured and paid under relevant items in this schedule.

Notes :- (i). The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of taking out defective parts and fixing new parts, all new parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of the schedule. (ii). Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance outside MD land and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dry clean river sand for cushioning of cable in trenches for cable protection including spreading, levelling and hand punning complete all as specified in SSR Part-I and as directed. Note :- Only punned thickness of sand will be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Make : Mehatab / Jonson.
