Cleaning & Grubbing : Clearing and Grubbing Road Land. (Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.) - By Mechanical Means In area of light jungle.

Excacation for Toe wall Work : Excavation for roadway in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordannce with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000 m,

Soling for Toe Wall Work : Supplying and stacking of hard rubble stone for soling including conveyance etc.

Construction of Embankment : Construction of Subgrade/Embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Granular Sub- Base : Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Wet Mix Macadam : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including remixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Prime Coat : Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam : Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 50-75 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP 60 to 90 TPH capacity producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.) - For Grading II (50-75 mm thickness using 4.50% bitumen) (As per Code No. 5.4B NH SOR-2022-23)

Bituminous Concrete : Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 40mm with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP 60 to 90 TPH capacity producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (30-40 mm thickness using 5.4% bitumen)

Supplying and fixing cat eye (Stimsonite) made out from Acrilo beautile sterine injuction high compressed molding with reflector made of MMC (prismatic type of size 12cm x 6cm x 2.5cm) provided with bituminous adhesive 100g. with each unit for fixing. (High Intensity grade)

Road Marking : Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including Reflectorising Glass Beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35 & finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. (As per Government letter No.SOR 102003/94/S-1/ Dated.20-7-2004)

Toe Wall : Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M.250 and curing complete excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (B) Walls, from top of foundation level upto floor two level

Formwork : Providing formwork sheeting of steel sheets so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 M. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in. (C) Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached buttresses & string course & the like.

Pitching Providing and laying rubble stone pitching 15cm thick including preparing the surface etc. and flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 with curing all lead and lift etc. complete ad directed

TMT Steel : Providing TMT Bar Fev 500/500D reinforcement for RCC work inculding bending and placing in postion complete upto floor two level .
