Erection and Commissioning work of new 400 kV Busbar Protection panel in control room premises at 400 kV S/S Agra, The work consists following activities:

Preparation of inter connection wiring diagram and cable schedule as per new panel drawing to complete the job satisfactory including all 400 kV Isolator and CBs as required. The job also includes providing as executed inter connection wiring schedule drawing in 3 set.

Dismantling of existing and old 400 kV bus bar protection panels in 03/04 parts after opening of inter connection wiring, shorting of CTs & disconnected tripping of all 8-10 Nos. 400 kV feeder/bay. Including work of opening earthing strip/nut bolt etc. and safely shifting & carriage from control room building to JE store and all associated work to complete the job satisfactory. Safely opening CT connection after shorting at CT junction box of each bay & safely removal tripping connection to take care to avoid any trappings.

Erection of new 400 kV bus bar protection panels (02no. in parts) (Nelumbo make) in control room in place of the removed old panel after safely shifting from site store to erection site Including earthing of panels after making proper place for new panel and making gap filled by MS sheet and painting on it by appropriate colour.

Making inter connection wiring of 10Nos. 400 kV bay/feeder to connect each other for bus bar protection as wiring, termination of all internal connection wiring of all 10 nos. 400 kV bays as per prepared internal connection wiring diagram. Internal wiring shall be made crimping type and tinned copper lug with insulation sleeves and shall be provided proper ferrules at both end, ferrules should be marked to correspond with panel at both end wire and all other necessary work to complete the job satisfactory. The Work also includes all consumable materials such as: 1.5/2.5 sq.mm. flexible cables, lugs, gland, ferruls etc. excluding control cable and to assist the panel manufacturing company commissioning engineer at site till work complete in all respect.

Laying of control cable from different 400 kV isolators/CB to appropriate C&R panel/bus bar control panel in control room as required status in busbar panel. (As required), The work also includes checking and tracing existing control cables from different 400 kV Isolators to C/R panel.
