Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an off-grid 7.5 kWp mono-crystalline Solar PV Module–based Solar Power Plant. [ MNRE approved PV module make: Panasonic/Tata Power/Jackson/Kirloskar/Warre/Lubi/Mono Parc/Vikram Solar/HR Solar/ Sova]

a) The photovoltaic modules should be Mono Crystalline with a total array capacity of 7500 Wp (minimum 535 Wp panel each) SPV power plant- Power output under STC should not be less than 7500W. (b) The interconnected cells shall be laminated in vacuum to withstand adverse environmental conditions. (c) The module frame is made of corrosion-resistant materials, preferably having an aluminum anodized finish. (d) The SPV Modules must be IEC 61215, IEC 61730 part I & II, and IEC 61701 certified by any of the accredited certifying agencies. (e) Each solar PV Module must be warranted by the manufacturer at least 80% rated power for 25 years. (f) Module to Module earthing is necessary with 1 C 2.5sqmm Cable.

Module mounting structure shall have: a) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a Module Mounting Structure with minimum 80-micron hot-dip galvanization as per IS:2629, suitable to withstand environmental exposure. b) The structure shall be provided with a location-based sun-path simulation and shadow analysis report, and shall be designed to withstand wind speed up to 150 kmph, supported by structural analysis reports. 3) The structure shall incorporate theft-protection features, and PV modules shall be mounted using U/L-type clips for ease of installation and replacement. The design shall include embedded and concealed electrical distribution. 4) The RCC foundation shall be constructed to cover and protect grounding bolts as an anti-theft measure. The structure shall allow smooth and flexible operation of rotating/mechanical components with optimised movement transfer. 5) The item shall be completed with all accessories, hardware, foundation works, fixing, alignment, testing and handing over as directed.

OFF-GRID INVERTER: 1) Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a Drive Module suitable for 415 V, 3-Phase, 50 Hz (±3%) system, designed for continuous operation at 50°C ambient without derating and operable up to 60°C. 2) The drive shall have grid synchronisation and anti-islanding protection, integrated Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) software with 99.5% tracking efficiency, and overall efficiency not less than 98.1%. 3) The Drive Module shall be provided with forced cooling fan and IP65-protected enclosure. 4)It shall include protections against short circuit, open phase (input/output), high voltage, low voltage, overload, earthing fault, and reverse polarity. Unit shall support Modbus RS-485 communication, maintain power factor > 0.99, and ensure current distortion (THD) < 3%. Complete with all accessories, cable terminations, testing, commissioning and handing over as required and directed. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 150 Ah solar Battery Dry cell/Lead Acid Batteries with a suitable size Battery Tray and MS rack. The backup should be a minimum of four (04) hours of operation of the whole system for energy storage with the following major specifications --.The battery shall have a higher life expectancy. Longer cycle life, Low discharge rate & charge faster. Certification: The battery should be CPRI approved and certified to meet IS 13369:1992 standard rating. [Make: Exide/Amara Raja ]

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of DC Distribution Box / Array Junction Box (AJB) suitable for a 7.5 kW Solar PV Plant, consisting of minimum 2-string inputs, each protected with gPV DC fuse holders, combined through tinned copper busbars, and provided with DC MCB/MCCB on the output side. The AJB shall include Type-II DC SPD, MC4-compatible connectors, ferruled internal wiring, earthing provisions, weatherproof cable glands, and shall be housed in an outdoor IP65/IP66 UV-resistant enclosure (Polycarbonate/FRP/CRCA). Rated for 1000 V DC operation and compliant with applicable IEC/IS standards. Complete with all accessories, terminations, testing and commissioning as directed. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 7.5 kW Solar AC Distribution Box (ACDB) suitable for 415 V, 3-Phase, 50 Hz system, comprising suitably rated 4P AC Isolator/MCB/MCCB for inverter output, Type-II AC Surge Protection Device (3-Phase), AC MCBs for auxiliary loads, insulated tinned copper busbars, neutral and earth busbars, high-temperature FR/FRLS internal wiring with lugs/ferrules, weatherproof cable glands, and mounted inside an outdoor UV-resistant IP65/IP66 enclosure (Polycarbonate/FRP/CRCA). The ACDB shall comply with relevant IEC/IS standards and be complete with all accessories, terminations, testing and commissioning as directed. (Make- All internal instruments must be a reputed brand and MNRE/IEC/BIS Approved brand)

Connecting Cable: 1) DC Cable: 1 Core 4 Sq.mm Copper PVC Weather proof tinned flexible Cable. 2) AC Cable : 4 Core 6 Sq.mm Copper PVC Weather proof tinned flexible Cable. (Make of DC/AC Cable: Polycab/RR Kable/Havells/Finolex)

The complete installation of the 7.5 kW Solar Power Plant shall include the following: 1) Maintenance-free chemical earthing system, consisting of three separate earth pits for: 1) DC side earthing. 2) AC side earthing. 3) Lightning Arrester earthing. 2) Lightning Protection System: Supply and installation of a Conventional Copper Lightning Arrester with appropriate height and radius of protection. Provision of GI/Copper down-conductor, clamps, fasteners, and terminations to the dedicated LA earth pit. 3) Earthing Strip Laying & Interconnections: Laying, fixing, and termination of earthing strips (GI/Copper/Aluminium as required) from earthing pits to all system components, including PV modules, MMS, inverter, ACDB, DCDB, and LT panel. Proper clamping, routing, insulation, and tagging. 4) Cable Laying in HDPE Conduits: Laying of all AC, DC, and control cables in HDPE conduits, including excavation (if required), fixing, clamping, backfilling, and protection arrangements. Includes cable glands, lugs, ferrules, and termination at both ends.

5) Supply, configuration, installation, and integration of the Remote Monitoring Facility (RMF) for the 7.5 kW Solar Power Plant, including setup of communication interface (GSM / Wi-Fi / RS-485), integration of sensors, establishment of data communication, and demonstration of real-time live monitoring. The item shall include provision of a dedicated data SIM with recharge/validity for up to 5 years, complete with all accessories, commissioning, and handing over as directed.

6) Installation, Testing & Commissioning: Complete installation, pre-commissioning checks, testing of all AC/DC components, earthing measurement, inverter programming, system optimisation, and final commissioning. Submission of test reports and handing over.

7) Design & Engineering: Preparation of complete system engineering including layout drawings, cable schedule, earthing layout, protection scheme, and documentation.

The agency shall provide comprehensive warranty support for a period of 5 years from the date of commissioning of the 7.5 kW Solar Power Plant. During this period, the agency shall: a) Conduct preventive maintenance visits once every 2–3 months (minimum 4 visits per year) for checking the entire solar system. b) Clean the PV modules during each visit to ensure optimum generation. c) Inspect, test and verify the performance of all instruments and components, including: Solar PV modules, MMS structure & fasteners, DCDB, ACDB, Inverter, Earthing system, Lightning arrester, Remote monitoring device.

d) Perform corrective actions, tighten connections, replace defective parts (except consumables), and restore the system to full functionality. e) Maintain records of each maintenance visit and submit service reports. f) Ensure breakdown service within 48 hours of complaint during the warranty period. The item includes all manpower, tools, cleaning materials, testing equipment, consumables, and transportation required for maintenance for the entire 5-year warranty period.

Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of 5 kVA portable generator set, single-phase, 230 V, 50 Hz, complete with air-cooled 4-stroke engine, factory-built acoustic enclosure, and all standard accessories. (Make:- Honda / Kirloskar / Greaves / Mahindra Powerol / Cummins/Ashoke Leyland) The DG set shall consist of the following features:

A. Engine:- 4-stroke, single-cylinder, air-cooled diesel engine Rated speed: 1500/3000–3600 RPM Duty: Continuous. Engine make: Honda/ Kirloskar / Mahindra Powerol / Greaves / Cummins/Ashoke Leyland. Fuel tank capacity: Minimum 10–20 litres. Method of Aspiration: Naturally aspirated. Method of cooling: Air Cooling. Starting: Electric start with 12V battery . Fuel consumption: As per OEM standards. B. Alternator :- Capacity: 5.0 kVA (rated) or higher. Output: 230 V, AC, Single Phase, 50 Hz Type: Brushless alternator or inverter-based pure sine wave output (< 2.5% THD) Voltage regulation: Self Excited, Self Regulated (AVR) Insulation class: Class F/H Protection: IP23 or higher Circuit breaker for overload and short circuit protection.

C. Acoustic Enclosure Factory-built, weatherproof, soundproof enclosure, Corosion Resistant , Enviornmental friendly. Noise level: ≤ 75 dB(A) at 1 meter (CPCB compliant for diesel models) Heavy-duty powder-coated steel body. Proper ventilation for engine & alternator cooling Anti-vibration rubber mountings. Residential/Hospital Grade Silencer. Special Design lifting hooks.

D. Control Panel:- Microprocessor based Engine Controller having safety features with display of following Engine & Alternator parameters:- Engine Display features:- Low lube oil pressure, High water temperature, Overspeed, Low Fuel Level, RPM, No. of Hours Run, Battery Voltage. Safeties:- LLOP, HWT, LFL, Over Speed. Alternator Display features:- Ampere, Voltage, Frequency, Power Factor, Kw, Kwh, KVAR Safeties: Over Current, Over/Under Voltage, Over/Under Frequency, Short Circuit Current Transformers of suitable ratio. 1 No. Suitably rated MCCB.

Supply & Delivery of following size 1.1 kv.gr.XLPE insulated 1100V Grade as per IS 7098 (part 1) 1988 armoured sheathed Aluminium conductor cable.[Make - Finolex/Polycab /Havells/Gloster/Meshcab]

Laying of cable upto 2 core 25 sqmm on wall/ surface including S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. As necy., mending good damages and painting.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

a) 2 core 6 sqmm

S & F compression type brass cable gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture proof entryof XLPE/PVC armoured cableas & Finishing the end of the following XLPE/PVC armoured cableas by crimping method incl. Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level By ISI-Medium GI pipe.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. for morrum Soil.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Extra for providing masonry enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement mortar (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe
