Drilling of 150mm dia borewell in Hard rock areas anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation to the work site in hard rock areas and developing the borewell - Drilling upto 150m below ground level.

Supply and erection of 150 CS PVC casing pipe as per IS 12818/2010 including cost and conveyance of pipe and labour charges for errecting in position, cutting threading and welding if necessary etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers

Supply of 15 lpmx 90 m Head wet type 1 phase bore well submersible motor with pump set with out panel boards as per IS 8034 including cost of tranportation of materials etc,complete as per standared specification.

Supply and erection of 1 phases panel Board etc. complete as per standared specification.

Supply and fixing of 32mm Heavy duty UPVC Pipe theraded pipe of approved quality including cost and conveyance etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supply of 2.50 Sq.mm PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core flat type copper cable conforming to IS 694/1990 including all cost and conveyance of all materials etc complete. as per standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single phase service connection with 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and Earth link (1”x 1/8” copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mmx300mmx19mm with supporting TW repairs of 1” thick on either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulate copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit with 1 No 40 Amp 30 MA Double Pole RCD / RCCB (Higher End) with suitable necessary connection (SD 125)

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth ,valves erection clamps,pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter,Ammeter, three pilot(indicating)lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the caple and twin earthing as per IE rules extra complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for ten days.

Supply and fixing of power capacitor for power factor improvement with oilfilled and discharge resistant 3 phase 415/450 volt 60Hz conforming with IS 2384 with ISI marking

Supply and delivery of GI specials conforming to standards and fixing them complying with the instructions of the engineer. - 32mm Bore clamp
