ROAD M&L for laying and compacting 250mm thick (Compacted thickness) GSB (Granular Sub-Base) grade II as per Table 400-1 of MORTH Specification for road and bridges work 2013 in a single layerover compacted sub grade with natural sand , crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination there of as per grading required. The material are mechanically mixed spread and levelling on the sub grade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density at least 98% of MDD (maximum dry density). Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finishes surface tolerance as per Table 400-1 of MORTH specification for road and bridges work 2013.
M&L for laying and compacting 200mm thick (Compacted thickness) WMM (Wet Mix Macadam) grading as per Table 400-13 of MORTH Specification for road and bridges work 2013 manufactured in WMM plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finishes surface tolerance as per Table 400-1 of MORTH specification for road and bridges work 2013.
M&L for Providing and laying 150 mm thick dry lean concrete (DLC) 150 mm thick of aggregate gradation as per table 1 of SP-49: 2014 having seven days average compressive strength not less than 7 Mpa. Minimum cement content not less than 140 Kg/Cum DLC mixed in batching plant transported to site and laid by electronic sensor pavor including spreading and compacting using high amplitude temping bar of pavor (initial compaction) further by double drum smooth wheeled vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density at least 98% of MDD (maximum dry density). Necessary finishing etc. complete all as specified and directed with tolerance as per Table 400-1 of MORTH specification for road and bridges work 2013. NOTES: (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of Cement content used in the work as approved in the Design Mix exceed 140 Kg/Cum. (b) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of use and waste of form work for total thickness.
Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove ail loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat using paving bitumen VG-30 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm over existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam, laid/rolied and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness not exe 75 mm thick) binder content of 4% by weight of total mixed using paving bitumin using VG-30 complete all as specified and directed.
SEWAGE DISPOSAL Soakage well excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M- 25/SFRC cover, inter connecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 3.25 mtr dia x 4.8 mtr effective depth, complete all as specified and as directed.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION Supply and fix copper lightning arrestor rod having minimum 5 spikes of size 12mm dia, 300mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (i) The unit rate shall be deemed to include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 chamber, RCC (1:1.5:3) cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 25mm bore medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 65mm bore and wire mesh complete in addition to Clause No 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under subheading earthing, specified on SSR Part-II 2020. (ii) If the desired earth resistance is not achieved during testing as per IS, then the complete earthing shall be redone by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissible in this regard. Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of diesel engine driven generating set of capacity 62.5 KVA with AMF panel complete with suitable acousatic enclosers all as per central pollution board guide lines, 50 cycle per second with 0.8 power factor engine as per IS- 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS -13364 complete. The engine and alternator shall be capable to take 10% over load for one hour in every 12 hours operation. The alternator of rating 62.5 KVA of generator set shall be directly coupled with diesel engine mounted on common base plate with alternator and all as specified and comprising of the following:-

Item No. 47.00 (A) Diesel Engine :- Vertical V type, 4 cylinder diesel engine of min 62.5 KVA rated at 1500 RPM as per ISO 3046/BS-5514/649 or 10002 direct injection type with turbo charger and water cooled engine electric starting system, arrangement of starting and the engine shall be capable of running 12 hours continuously and with 10% of overloading for one hour in each 12 hours running, The engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings all as per manufactures recommendations. Engine shall be directly coupled with alternator mounted on common base plate with the following - (a) Electric Motors 12 volts with set of 2 No's 12 volts 90 AH batteries with battery charger and battery charger having electronic control consisting of diodes, rectifiers contacts, resistance etc. The batterycharger shall be able to charge the battery at all time whenever electric supply is given to the battery charger through control panel. (b) Heavy duty industrial silencer fitted with expansion joint and silencer pipe duly lapping with asbestos rope from engine to outside power house building up to 0.50 meters and independently supported with and including frame fixed to wall/floors. (c) Fly wheel with coupling bolts. Item No. 47.00 (B) Alternator:- Alternator of rating capacity 62.5 KVA and capable to take 10% extra load at every load at every 12 hours interval for one hour 3 Phase 4 wire 50 Hz 415 volts, 0.8 power factor 1500 RPM self excited self regulated required to be coupled with above engine. The altenator shall be conforming to IS - 4722 & IS 4728 as per following specifications:- (b) Rating Guaranteed to deliver required output at the ambient temp conditions. Suitable for an over load of 10% for 1 hour in every 12 hours operations. (c) Voltage regulation : Provided with fast response thyristors type electronics automatic voltage regulators, which holds output voltage with in desired limits (+/- 1%) (d) Self excited - self regulated. (e) Alternator loading : suitable for taking rated load immediately after machines reaches rated voltage and speed. (f) Vibration : Suitable for direct coupling with engine and mounted on Common MS channel base frame. (g) Enclosures : screen protected drip proof enclosure with IP- 23 degree of protection. (h) Cooling : Air cooled type with radial fan mounted on rotors. (j) Control panel shall be provided with PC 1.1 Controller and digital display for measuring of line / phase voltages / currents, frequency etc. and having MCCB of 63 Amps with overload and short circuit protection.

Supply and fix cable route indicator for HT UG Cable of 11000 volts grade bolted with 40 x 6 mm flat iron member of height 0.60 mtr and 80mm dia Cl plate embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 of size 20 x 20 x 30 cm block complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with inbuilt air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 2.0 TR complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix voltage stablizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type, & designed for input variation between 170 Volt to 270 Volt with output voltage stablized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

(ii) The operation and micro speed of crane should be as following:- (a) Main Hoist:- 8-10m/min, type of motor squirrel cage with VVVF(Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) control drives. (b) Micro in main Hoist - 0.8 m/min (c) Cross travel - 5m/min (d) Micro in cross travel - 0.5m/min (e) Long travel - 10-15 m/min (f) Micro in long travel - 1 m/min (iii) EOT crane fittings should be fire/flame proof and comply with the safety specification given in the STEC pamphlet No. 7. (iv) EOT crane fitted should be comply with the saftey specification such as limit swiches, alarm, guards, isolating switches, emergency stop button and interlocking, power and control canling complete etc. confirming to IS-807, IS-3177, IS-3938 specifications. (vi) Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of crane shall be undertaken through manufactures/specialist firms. (vii) Design of crane and proof checking of design shall be got vetted by the contractor from any IITs/ NITs within 2 months from the date of acceptance of tender. (viii) Crane fabricator shall verify the exact internal diamensions of the building physically before starting fabrication of the crane. (ix) VVVF Drive to be provided.
PRIME COST SUM. The prime cost is to used as directed by the Accepting Officer vide condition 1(v) and 5 of IAFW-2249. (a) Provide a prime cost of Rs. 6,00,000.00 for Provision of four sets of Steel Roller Treadway (Each Set consists of two Nos Steel Roller) in all the 02 Igloo Buildings as approved by GE. (b) The contractor is to quote the amount in the money column i.e. in Col 'M' adding his overhead and profit. The amount shall be adjusted proportionately to the sum actually expended against Prime Cost Sum. Notes :- (i) Item(s) covered under Prime Cost Sum shall be ordered as per condition 5 of IAFW-2249. (ii) Contractor shall quote amount adding over the amount of prime cost sum to cover his overhead and profit.
Note:- Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part- XVIII amount of Rs 1,39,910.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
