Dismantling/taking down burnt squirrel Cage Induction Motor of any capacity, 3 phase, 415V, 1450 RPM of any make from its base and transporting the motor to the Contractor's workshop and back, refixing the motor at site after carrying out the following repairs/renewals complete all as specified. (i) Opening the side covers and removing the rotor and cutting/ removing the burnt coils / winding from stator. (ii) Cleaning the slots carefully. (iii) Rewinding the stator using super enamelled copper winding wire with same size, number of coils, number of turns / coils as per data acquired from the old burnt motor, including varnishing two coats, drying and reassembling the elctric motorat site. (iv) Testing the coils for there continuity and no current passing through the stator core. (v) Dynamic testing of the rotor and alignment of the main shaft and ensure that no imbalance vibrations. (vi) Re-assembling the rotor and connecting the end terminals to the terminal plate of the motor, closing the ends with side covers. (vii) Testing and commissioning the electric motor connecting to the electric supply to its full load by connecting the compressor. (viii) Renewal of Bolts, nuts and washers. (ix) Note:- Parts renewed i.e. Ball bearing shall be measured and paid separately. However filling of grease and oiling extra shall be deemed to be included in Unit rates.

Repair/ replacement of water pressure gauge suitable for water circulating pipe with any dia inlet & out let pipe by means of proper welding and connection with checking the running water pressure as per specification all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Insulation material for MS pipe with PUF slab 80mm thick with and including applying aluminium sheet and GI cladding with 26 Gauge GI sheet complete of existing sizes all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing charging of Refrigerent gas R-407 (c) Non CFC (ecofriendly) in company sealed cylinders of any capacity complete all as specified. (Note:- If the recharge refrigerent gas is leaked within 45 days of running of AC plant, the contractor shall recharge gas (including supply) without any extra cost to department.

Taking down/dismantling of portion of false ceiling for internal cleaning of air ducts with cloths with care and depositing the dust particle in the container, removing the grills/ diffusers, and refixing the grills, diffusers and false ceiling in its original locations including renewal of screws complete all as specified and directed. (16.5 TR, 8.75 TR, 11 TR, 22 TR, &15 TR).

M&L for servicing of 4x22 TR air cooled package type Air Conditioner plant (Make Blue Star) by opening the plant, consisting indoor unit-01 No and outdoor Unit-02 Nos with air blower including cleaning Air conditioner internally and externally, cooling coil and condensing units-2 Nos each, washing of filter of IDU with water, and drying in shade, checking and rectifying any oil leak, gas leak in all refrigerent pipes and reassembling the complete units and testing complete all as specified and directed.
