Cutting of all bushes ,grass and sarcandas, shrubs, vegetation etc including trees n.exc 30 cm girth and removing the material exc 500m and n. exc 1 KM complete all as specified and directed.

Ploughing to existing ground with mechanical devices n.exc. 20cm in depth spill cross (double) or both way and leveling the target area with surrounding area soil complete all as specified and directed. Note : For ploughing to existing ground, both side (ie one side and cross) shall be measured one complete operation.

M&L for Supply of Saw dust and mixing with sand in particular ratio as per user requirement for spreading on Fd Target target area complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Supply of Sand and Filling of Mixture on Fd Target Area shall be measured and Paid Searately.

Supply only Sand (passing through 4.75 mm IS sieve) for Fd Target area/ Firing Butt all as specified and directed by EIC.

Forming earthen band above ground level including raising of sand and saw dust mixture, ramming and finishing of top surface up to a height ot 6 mtr manually or machenically in required slope at target area as per user requirment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . Note : Before laying of sand and saw dust mixture the existing ground should be loosened and sieving through 4.75mm sieve for extraction of fired bullets remnants.

M&L for PP (poly propylene) woven bag of bright white colour 30 Kg capacity (Approx) by filling with sand/soil and laying at site as per user requirement complete including removing old deteriorated bags from site out of defence land all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Sand / Soil for filling is available at site.

Demollition of cement concrete (unreinforced) including floor tiles, ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thick below or above G.L complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinths, kerbs, haunching, rounded or chamfered on edges, coping , floor finishes etc incl necessary form work.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in sub base of flooring for levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( backing, screed/plaster) any number of layers), rubbish off the premises.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the coloured tiles over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including 10mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface other than fair faces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 7 to 8 mm thick Non-skid ceramic premium tiles, matt finish, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement match with tiles over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 to complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.13 here in before but as in skirting etc. but over 10 mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick designer parking/foopath vetrified tiles of size 300x300mm any colour and pattern, jointed and pointed on neat cement slurry as in floors including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and interlocking tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid in any type of mortor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror polishing over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 to complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 16-18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in floors, steps, pillar, platform or oval shape wash hand basin including cutting to fit the WHB, partition and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour,design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, and prepare the surface by filling the cracks/ depressions with wall putty/POP to make the surface even and smooth and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper by roller over a coat of primer over a coat of putty of any type of buildings up to any height complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for preparation of surfaces of floors / concrete floors (Chequerred / Interlocking tiles) and applying floor painting with ready mixed paint, for use on floors each coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 4mm dia galvanised steel chain link fencing of mesh size 50mmx50mm with both ends of the fabric without knocking and twisting any size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flat Iron, mild steel for securing chain link fencing, wind tie, welded to each other complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 12mm round bar for securing for securing chain link fencing, cutting, welded to each other complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 10 to 15mm dia of neck and length exc 5cm but n'exc 10cm, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed ends fixed with two washers and one nuts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and including galvanised MS wire, staples or steel pin etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L for mild steel angle Iron fencing post including cutting and welding tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc fillets including necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and similar works, conforming to Gde-165 complete all as specified and directed. Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.25 cu. m, getting out and removal of excavated earth up to a distance of 50 mtr complete all as specified an direced.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling fencing post and mass concrete, sub base finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting , taking down & removing carefully the existing ceiling fan, exhaust fans, wall bracket fans and air circulating fans etc , of any description, any sweep and from any position / locations (i.e.Technical Area's OTM Accn / hangers),sealing cable end, for repairs / servicing / overhauling / painting / numbering etc and hanging / fixing the repaired fans in position after , dismantling & opening of the fans, checking serviceability of parts, overhauling by necessary cleaning, oiling & greasing , fixing the serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts, if any, with new parts, reassembling the fans, making necessary adjustment and proper alignment of blades,connecting to existing electric sources and testing at site to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / nonfunctional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing charges for new items are deemed to be included under this item. (ii) Burnt out windings replaced, shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for rewinding. (iii) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation of fans to & from workshop if required and approved by the Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs. (iv) Remetaling of motor shaft, polishing and grinding and making to standard size to matching with GM Bush shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ (v) Writing of fan No. and painting of fans shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’

M&L rewinding of same with super enamelled copper wire of suitable existing size/gauge including insulating material and varnishing including testing to the satisfaction and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following type of fans :-

(a) Ceiling fan 1200 / 1400 mm sweep any make.

(b) Exhaust fan 300 mm / 225 mm sweep any make.

PVC modular board all as required as specified and directed for the following :- (a) One light/ Fan point controlled by one way switch.
