CA NO. GE (AF)/SGR-47/2026-27 REPAIR TO CERTAIN E/M INSTALLATIONS AT NO 1 AREA, SMQ, OMQ AND 727 SU AREA UNDER GE (AF) SRINAGAR

M&L for dehydration of power transformer 33 KV of capacity 6.3 MVA including filteration of transformer oil by dehydration and filteration plant including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration, the dielectric strength to be achieved 50 KV for 1 min at 2.5mm gap after completion of dehydration and filteration, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out on the site by dehydration machine and the amount quoted is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rate. (ii) All the Labour work like disconnecting of cable and reassemble and drum etc. carried out by contractor by own arrenement.

M&L for shifting of serviceable / unserviceable transformer / RMU / VCB panels from one location to another location of capacity 63 to 1000 KVA from existing PCC platform / four pole / two pole structure / MES store yard and fixing on platform / four pole / two pole structure by suitable capacity of crane including necessary disconnection and connection on both side and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting of supply from any capacity of panel board / RMU of any capacity and size for over hauling / repair / re-wiring works, servicing and taking out trolley. Dismantling carefully and replacing defective parts found at the time of servicing complete with decarburizing the contact points, cleaning with CRC solution etc including calibration of relays for tripping time setting over current setting, earth fault setting and testing of panel with the help of primary injection test set for protection CT after repair, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 210 Watt LED flood light fitting, for operating between 110V to 230 V system efficiency not less than 120 lumen / Watt PF-0.95 minimum, IP-66 protection, 5700 CCT (K), CRI between 80-85, confirming to LM79 and LM 80 standards or as per IS-16106:2012, for estimated life span of minimum 50,000 hrs consisting of high/ low voltage cut off, maintenance free isolated electronic driver circuits, Low THD, PMMA grade high quality transmittance lens, epoxy powder coated Die cast aluminium housing with LED street optics LENS for uniform light distribution, weather proof gasket for lamp & driver compartement, heat resistance toughened UV stabilized glass fitted in cast aluminium housing with SS screws with IP-65/66 protection including taking down existing unserviceable light, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement PVC insulated cu stranded (FRLSH) wire 1.5 sqmm, passing through the non metallic PVC conduit from junction box to LED security light terminals. All connections should be made with proper size of thimbles, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of size 20mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction / terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement PVC weather proof junction boxes of size 250 x 200 x 100mm (Inside dimentions) with PVC connector heavy duty connector 4 way 16 amps ,one No MCB SP 6 Amps and making necessary cable connection, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement twin LED Aviation / Obstruction warning lights,230V AC, red, including all mounting arrangements to installaed over the highest point of the Bldg, LED based day / night photocell Sensor, IP 65 as per IS / IEC 60529:2001, photocell auto ON / OFF (internal fitted), polycarbonate glass for 360 Degree illumination, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED bollard lightlight fitting 9W, CCT 5700 K with all fixing accessories fitted on including making suitable foundation for anchoring in PCC 1:2:4, type-B-1, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement LED 40 Watt post top lantern, 230 watt volts AC, outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP-65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and directed.
