M & L for cutting out cracks to 'V' section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for five layered roof treatment with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane, 2mm thick having centre core not less than 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 micron HMHDPE film weight not less than 3 Kg/ Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen Grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS- 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/ Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick (average consolidated thickness) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate laid in slope as in padding, finished even and smooth on existing slope including provision of 'V' shaped groove 6mm wide and 10mm deep at 0.6metre interval or parts thereof, both ways on top of PCC padding and filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) proportion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% and applying water proffing treatment on sunken portion with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composit compound as specified and approved & cement slurry two layers, 1st layer @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with composit compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm & the second layer slurry @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed 0.126 Kg of compound complete with min 4 hours allowed to air cure between these layers and applying 200 polyflim with adhesive.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description from sunken floor (ground or first floor) and removing and depositing materials exc150mtrs but not exc 250mtrs away complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken floor, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm thick graded stone aggrigate) as in levelling course and similar works etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC (corrugated, semicorrugated etc.) sheets of any thickness in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.45mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Durashine of Tata Blue Scope and Dura Steel of Everest/JSW.

Fixing only AC (corrugated or semicorrugated ) as in roof coverings complete all as specified & directed. NOTE: Old serviceable AC Sheets retrieved vide Sl Item no 159.00 shall be reused.

S & F 0.80mm plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley, gutters drip etc with grade of zinc coating 120gm/sqm complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover filletsS & F false ceiling with Everest Fibre Cement Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness(as per IS: 14862) of size 595x595 mm and any one of the desin (occeanic, lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length, and 15x32mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet, and cross "T" of size 15x32mm made of 0.30 mm sheet, spaced between main "T" at 600mm c/c to form a grid of 600X600mm and wall angle of size 15x20mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixures,smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing rafter, purlin,etc with dash fasteners,GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with gavanised Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T-sections shall be centra black pre-painted with polyester paint, and having a load bearing capacity of 12 kg/sqm, all complete at all height complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling gypsum board in ceiling of any thickness including cover fillet etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 12mm thick plain gypsum board in ceiling (size of tile as per site) fixed as per manufacturer instructions including prteparation of board surfaces & applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 165.00 here-in-before but except 12mm thick plain gypsum board NOTE: Old serviceable plain gypsum board retrieved vide Sl Item no 164.00 shall be reused.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of old surfaces of roof and applying two coats of weather proof coat paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling stone slab in roof and S&F 50mm thick sand stone slab with CM 1:3 set and jointed over joists etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling single layer of Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing including wooden fillet complete all as specified and directed

M & L for roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item No 170.00 here in before but except roof tiles NOTE: Old serviceable Mangalore pattern tiles retrieved vide Sl Item no 169.00 shall be reused.

M&L sand stone outdoor jaali 40mm thick 600 to 700 mm height rectangular shape design as approved by GE including laid and jointed in CM 1:3 with pigment to match the existing sand stone etc. complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying new grey cement of cream like consistency on top of existing terrazzo / kota stone floor and vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc and machine grinding of the same with carborundom stone of 320 to 1000 grit sized washed clean and finally rubbed, rubbing hard with felt and applying mirror polishing complete all as specified & directed.
