M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment to sunken floor surfaces of RCC slab with the following specifications including taking down and cleaning of old surface all as specified and directed :- (a) Provide PCC (1 : 1.5 : 3) type A0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in slope of average thickness 50mm mixed with liquid water proofing compound PIDIPROOF LW manufactured by Dr FIXIT or equivalent as approved by GE. (b) Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound on sides of (Vertical surface) sunken floor slab. (c) Applying first coat of Dr fixit fastflex with a stiff nylon brush and leave 4 to 6 hours for dry. (d) Applying second coat to the direction of 90 degree to the first coat and leave 4 to 6hours for dry. (e) Applying third coat to the direction of 90 degree to the second coat and allow to dry for 4 to 6hours. Note: (a) WPT Shall be done through Manufcturer or through authorised applicator 9b) Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply only Liquid Water proofing compound PIDIPROOF LW+ of Dr FIXIT or other equivalent as approved by GE.
