Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering : All work upto plinth level :

1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. bricks of class designation 35 in foundation and plinth in :

Cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine Sand ).

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

6 mm cement plaster of mix :

1 : 3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Neat cement punning.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete :

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

Old work (one or more coats)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade

Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq meters and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to dumping ground within 50 metres lead :

With cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand).

Renewing glass panes and re-fixing existing wooden fillets :

Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm.

Demolishing cement concrete & CC Flooring manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In cement mortar

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :

Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Repairs to wooden / aluminium doors, windows etc. including dismantling and re-fixing the same with screws, or by welding if required hinges, etc. doing all the operation complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. [Note: New Section, new hinges, fittings etc. if required will be paid for separately].

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete :

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall

Cleaning of Floor / Wall Tiles (Entire surface area) of bathrooms, Toilets at all heights with coconut brushes, duster, toilet cleaner etc., and cleaning with fresh water all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Making doors, windows and Garrage door etc. openable smoothely by applying grease/oil in hinges etc. All complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of welding machine along with operator and assistance for different type of welding work.
