Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation / cable laying and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:-Excavation for laying of cable to be done manually carefully without disturbing existing cable or water pipe lines. If any damaged occurred to existing cable and pipe line during excavation contractor has to repair it with in time limit without any extra cost . If contractor delayed in repairing penality of Rs 500.00 per hour to be charged if repairing is not carry out in 12 hours. In this GE's decision will be full and final.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers each n exc 25 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material a distance n. exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, filling in trenches, spreading, levelling sand cushioning 8 cm below cable and 15 cm above the cable punned down to 18 cm for under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, FLAT,SIZE 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for cable protection fixed to poles/along wall/floor/under road /across the drain or nallah all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge

All as per item No 06 but here-in -before 80mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down U/S PCC pole of any specifications, Supply & Install steel tubular pole complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolt nut and screw as specified type-410 SP-64 (12.0 mtr long) of superior quality and painting with two coat of superior quality aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and making alternate strip as directed and writing of MES Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Taking out old UG Cable of any size and description, Supply and laying XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 (E), grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material & accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. .

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamalled white, with letters,figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS Clamps, bolts, and nuts of approved size for HT 25X20 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. .

S&F Anti climbing device comprising spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round square and flat) including nuts,bolts,washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. .

M&L for replacement of cross arms, bracings,supports,clamps and black plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts, washers,welding,bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including of primer on coat, and under coat and one finishing coat of paint as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and fixing LT bushing including heat resistance gasket, brass spindles, nuts, bolts, washers for transformers of capacity 25 KVA to 160 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 18 here-in -before of size but for transformers of capacity 200 to 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing HT bushing including heat resistance gasket, brass spindles, nuts, bolts, washers for transformers of capacity 25 KVA to 160 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 20 here-in -before for transformers of capacity 200 to 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement of silica gel of air breather filled complete for transformers of capacity 25 to 500 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix silica gel breather assembly filled complete for transformers of capacity 25 to 125 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 23 here-in -before but for transformers of capacity 150 to 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix temperature gauge 150mm dia, 0 to 300 degree centigrade for transformer of capacity up to 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in repair for Filteration and dehydration of HV grade transformer oil of distribution and Power transformer of out door type of 11/.433 KV, 25 KVA to 400 KVA min three cycle to achive die elctric strength of 40 KV to 60KV for 1 Minute at 4 mm gap as per relevent IS complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Filteration to be done by Dehydration machine till the desired level of dielectric strength of tranformer oil comes to 60 KV . (ii) Each sample of oil will be tested with a transformer oil test machine at site in presence of concerned JE's/Engr-in-charge and test result will be submitted accordingly). (iii) Centrifugal machine with all T&P and Testing Machine , oil required shall be arranged by contractor. (iv) Oil required for topping up the transformer oil will be measured and paid seperately in relvent item.

Supply & top up and filling of transformer oil suitable for Voltage stablizers, transformer, OCB, etc. confirming to IS and dielectric strength less than 60 KV in sealed containers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting and taking out ,repairing existing "APFC Panel LT, 415 volt , 3 phase, 50Hz, any rating" for serviceable & reuse from housing and cleaning , rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts and making serviceable of local /remote electrical operation of the panel including Greasing ,oiling ,replacement of UNSV Trip coil ,breaker ,charging motor ,gear pinion ,roller switch and reassembling the same after replacement of spare parts as required including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : - All Spares parts of pannel will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule here in after as supply only)

Supply only in replacement of MCCB with thermal -magnetic release of 125 Amps, 4 pole, 415 V, 25ka, Ics=100% Icu with adjustable over load setting and adjustabe short circuit setting including all accessories like spreader terminals and face barriers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of LT Voltage stabilizer 150-400 KVA carefully & opening for strip inspection, & replacement of worn out defective parts such as relay circuit , dimmer circuit ,coil , fuse unit, fuse carrier assembly, etc. to the entire satisfaction as to make it fully functional filling / dehydration of oil appropriate level having including cleaning of the chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- spare parts and stabiliser oil shall be measured and paid separaetly

Dismantling of HT 11KV OCB/Vlc unit carefully & opening for strip inspection,repair to mannual tripping system & replacement of worn out defective parts such as mechanical system, fuse unit, fuse carrier assembly, etc. to the entire satisfaction as to make it fully functional & filling of transformer oil appropriate level having 42 KV dielectric strength including cleaning of the chamber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for disconnection of complete incomming and outgoing HT cables & servicing of VCB 11 KV 400/630 Amps any make and type complete calibration of relay ( earth fault and over current ) and check out tripping system at desired current rating including replacement of minor items such as No volt coil , treminals , wires for wirings of panels and indicator lamps , fuse links etc including lubricating material like grease / petroleum jelly shall be included in quoted rates and after servicing reconnection of cables and testing panel on load complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- All spare parts and Panel shall be measured and paid separaetly under respective items of this Schedule here in after as supply only )

Supply and fix of HT Cable Route Indicator made out of MS Plate 30x20x5 mm thick fixed on 1.5 mtr height angle iron of size 20x20x3mm duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel blue colour paint over a coat of red oxide primer and written as 'HT Cable' in Red paint letters of 2 inch size, The Cable route indicator shall be embeded in PCC (1:3:6) of size 300x300x300mm (20 mm grade) with fine finish and to be fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing shock treatment chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with 5mm thick glass as required. (Approximate front area 1.20 Sqm) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete for coping with (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of stay assembly and similar work etc. including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing stay assembly comprising of GI rod 20mm dia incluiding stay wire 7/4 swg complete with accessories as shown in electrical plat No.1 of SSR-1991 Part-I (PCC and earth work, loop type insulator shall be measured and paid for separately under the respective item of schedule) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing loop type insulators, vitreous porcelain white, brown or green with over all size 90mm x 140 mm with clearance dia of hole 25.50 mm including removal of old broken insulator complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge..

Supply and fixing in repair ACSR conductor of any size including binding on existing HT poles or new poles with 2 mm dia binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and spreading gravel stone aggregate of size upto 40 mm evenly under GO/DO structure after cleaning the surface complete all as directed by Eng-in-charge. NOTE:-Brick work all around the structure as directed by Eng-in-charge are included in over all rates quoted

Supply and fixing in repair of glow sign board of with LED lighting arrangement of size 5 mtrx 0.75mtr incluiding suitable size letters as per direction of Engineer-in charge with complete acessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of Copper strip 32X6 mm for roof conductors and bracing to down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of Copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm for roof conductors and bracing to down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for prepartion of old painted steel or Iron external surfaces of transformer of capacity 25 KVA -400 KVA by scrapping with coir /steel wire brush /scrapper emery paper etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of colour as approved by Engineer in charge by using Spray machine including writting of SM No ,MES NO etc at prominent place / location of transformer with black synthetic enamel paint in white background complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Necessary shut down power supply should be granted from the Engr -in Charge by the contractor before proceeding the work also electric supply should be restored as early as possible after completion of the work.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron external surfaces of transformer of capacity 160 KVA - 250 KVA by scrapping with coir/ steel wire brush/scrapper emery paper, etc. and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of colour as approved by Eng in Charge by using spray machine including writing of SM No, MES No etc. at prominent place/location of transformer with black synthetic enamel thick paint in white back ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel or iron external surfaces of transformer of capacity 300 KVA - 400 KVA by scrapping with coir/ steel wire brush/scrapper emery paper, etc. and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of colour as approved by Eng in Charge by using spray machine including writing of SM No, MES No etc. at prominent place/location of transformer with black synthetic enamel thick paint in white back ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting works on surfaces by preparation of steel and iron of old painted surfaces smooth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour and writing Pole No, font size as ordered complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) HT Poles (Steel) for structures 11 meters long

M&L for painting works on surfaces by preparation of steel and iron of old painted surfaces smooth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour Aluminium paint of Cross Arms/Channels complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting works on surfaces by preparation of old surface Weather proof painting on platform of Transformer and nearby Earth Pits complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth plate not less than2.25 M in deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of Copper and connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed including necessary earth work in any type of strata and PCC 1:3:6 type B1 for chamber and RCC chamber cover 50 mm thick in lieu of CI cover and copper strip protected by 40 mm GI pipe medium grade complete inlcuding filling of agrictulture sand brought from outside defence land for earth pit all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- (i) Excavation and removal of excavated soil and filling of agriculture sand brought from out side defence land shall be included in the overall rate quoted. No extra payment shall be paid. (ii) The quoted rate includes the rate of Magnesium Sulphate of 40Kg per earth pit poured with salt and charcoal.

Disconnection of HT/LT connection , earthing lead and taking down carefully defective transformer of capacity of 25 to 400 KVA, 11KV/440Volt from 2/4 pole structure/ platform including transportation to factory/ workshop including loading/ unloading and draining out existing tranformer oil, opening the top cover of the transformer ,by removing nut,bolts,washer etc and lifting the core and winding by using tripod and chain pulley after removing LT/HT spindle with bushing and cleaning the yoke and winding/ core and spindle bushing the same winding /core and spindle bushing and replace the worn out nut, bolts,washer gaskets etc with provision of cork sheets of 6mm thick (best quality) and filling the transformer oil which was removed earlier, through stream line filter after dehydration and back to site after necessary repair and lifting of transformer to its original position including necessary testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L rewinding of HT Coils of transformer of any capacity using proper size copper DPC wire having class F insulation as per existing size and turns including connected minor insulation materials suitable for HT coil of 11/0.433 KV transformer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L rewinding of LT Coils of transformer of any capacity using proper size copper DPC wire having class F insulation as per existing size and turns including connected minor insulation materials suitable for LT coil of 11/0.433 KV transformer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and spray Moisture absorbing spray WD-40 on electric terminals of VCB Breaker and panel and allied equipment all as specified and directed.

M&L for detecting of fault in 11KV (E) HT cable of any size(within 1-3 km length) , 3 core laid in trenches/ducts with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, echo fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc and exposing the cable fault, removal of deteriorated portion of cable, treating the cable including making it ready for jointing work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - (i) The quoted rate shall deemed to include for the cost of earthwork excavation as required. (ii) Cable if replaced & Jointing kit shall be measured & paid separately. (iii) As the work is releated to maintenance, the work of fault detection has to be carry out on Priority and on requirement basis as on occurance of fault within 24 hrs so as to rectify the fault and to restore the electric supply of stn. If contractor delay the job, necessary panlty at the rate of Rs 1000.00 per hrs (after 24 hrs) will be impose on contractor.

All as per ITEM NO. 01 but excavation for errection of pole beyond 1.5 mtr depth, but not exceeding 3.0 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
