Material & labour for sand cushioning using river fine sand for the underground cables in trenches/existing cable trenches, in layers of 8cm thickness before lying the cable and 15cm thickness after laying and stretching cable punned down to 18 cm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Only punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose payment.

The errection of transformer shall be done under the supervison of manufacturer auth rep & certificate to that effect shall be submitted by the contractor duly signed by manufacturer auth rep & Engineer-in-charge. 2. The transformer shall be fitted on existing platform. Necessary modification/repair if any required as per recommendation of OEM is under scope of work and cost thereof is deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor. 3. The make of Power Transformer will be approved by the accepting officer. Subsequently detailed technical specification of Power Transformer, OLTC and all other mounting, accessories of power transformer along with their GAD will be submitted through CWE for approval of the Accepting Office before procurement action. 4. Pre dispatch inspection at the factory premises of OEM shall be carried out by nominated rep of Accepting Officer. The arrangement for pre dispatch factory inspection & testing of Power Transformer will be responsibility of the contractor & cost thereof is deemed to be included in quoted rate.
5. Pre-commisioning of power transformer and 66 KV Network by state electricity board /PSPCL shall also be got carried out within overall cost quoted. 6. Pre -commisioning & Testing shall be carried out by SEI from HQ CE WC within overall cost quoted. 7. All parts and accessories, fittings necessary for efficient operation of 66/11 KV Power Transformer shall be deemed to be within the scope of specifiction wheather mentioned or not specifically mentioned here in. 8. Power transformer should be manufactured, designed & supplied by OEM only. Power transformer from the channel partners not acceptable.
Supply, installation, commissioning & testing, Out door type SF-6 circuit breaker, three pole operation as per IEC -62271-100, complete with all accessories including SF6 gas suitable for 66 KV system volt 3 phase, 50 Hz and of the following technical specifications complete all as specified and directed. (a) Rated Voltage :- 72.5 KV (b) Rated normal current : 2000 Amps (c) Rated power frequency withstand voltage : 140 KV (d) Rated lightning impulse withstand voltage : 325 KV. (e) Rated circuit breaking current min : 31.5 KA. (f) Making current : 79 KA (g) Short time current : 3 seconds. (h) Minimum creepage distance phase to earth : 25mm/KV. (i) Number of trip coil- 02 nos (j) Number of closing coil - 01 no. (k) Rated closing /tripping voltage : 220 V DC (l) Minimum creepage distance across open breaker : 25mm/KV. Note:- Rates quoted by bidder are deemed to include following : (i) The SF6 breaker shall be fitted on existing structure. Necessary modification/repair if any required as per recommendation of OEM is under scope of work and cost thereof is deemed to be included in quoted rates by the contractor. (ii) The make of circuit breaker (SF6) will be approved by the accepting officer. Subsequently detailed technical specification of circuit breaker (SF6) and connected ckt diagram alongwith their GAD will be submitted through CWE for approval of the accepting officer before procurement action. (iii) Pre dispatch inspection at the factory premisses of OEM shall be carried out by nominated rep of Accepting Officer. The arrangement for pre dispatch factory inspection & testing of circuit breaker (SF6) will be responsibility of the contractor & cost thereoff is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iv) SF-6 circuit breaker should be manufactured, designed & supplied by OEM only. SF-6 circuit breaker from the channel partners not acceptable.
(u) Diffrential relay with suitable accesories as per OEM for transformer protection. (v) Numerical type transformer backup protection relay(non- directional)- 01 Nos.(Make:- ABB, Siemens, micom) (w) Feeder protection and control relay numerical type having MOD Bus +IEC61850 communication protocol on RS485 serial port & 1 No. Rear RJ45 Ethernet Port, Supply 48-250 VDC, 100-240 VAC, Model- REF615 of ABB make or equivalent model of Siemens. (x) Control /switch for isolator, Transformer, SF6 circuit breaker. Make : ABB/CG Power and Industrial Solution Limited or equivalent.
