Dismantling Plain Cement Concrete

Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 one cement, four Crusser Stone sand and eight hard broken stone) using 40mm ISS size hard granite broken metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be supplied departmentally at the departmental section stores and the cost will be recovered at the rates noted in the special conditions appended and conveyance of the same from departmental section stores to the actual worksport and handing charges at each and including cost of from work mix concrete laying compacting and watering curing concrete including all leads for good soft, potable water, hire and fuel charges for all tolls and plats and all other incidental charges such as balling out water forming protective bunds providing coffer dams etc., complete as directed by the Engineer Table I of IS 2116-1980cum.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers

Brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x2" for foundation and basement and superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all materiales curing etc ,complete.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P.Sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.
