S& F of a 32 mm dia uPVC drain pipe ((Make. Oriplast /Supreme) needs to be attached for extending drain pipe line from the indoor unit of the Ductable/split machine/attached tray in case of window machines to direct the flow of condensate water to the existing nearest rain water pipe or sewerage pipe connected to the building including S& F of PVC Elbow(32 mm dia ), PVC Tee (25 mm dia), PVC Socket (32 mm dia), 3/4 inch dia PVC drain pipe, PVC China clip, adhesives( PVC M-Seal) as per the requirement.[NS]

S& F of a 25 mm dia uPVC drain pipe ((Make. Supply, Installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal (Make- Tata steel/ Sail/ Jindal) rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, venes, hangers, support etc as per approved drawings and specification of following sheet complete as required a) Ducting 22G GSS sheets

S & I Duct acoustic insulation with 12mm thick rigid board (inside duct ) with Fibre glasswool+ RP Tissue + 32G Aluminium Perforated sheet.

S & I Duct tharmal insulation by supplying and fixing of following thickness dully laminated aluminium foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class 'O' ) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50mm wide and 3mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as specification and as reqired. 13 mm thick

Charges for trap door with 3 mm thick ACP board (MAKE- Aludecor / Urobond or others reputed make) complete with inkages, levers, fitings.support all accessories for IDU maintenance ad per direction of EIC.

Supply, Fitting & Balancing of Extruded Aluminum Powder Coated Supply Air Grill/ Diffusers with GI enamel painted oppose blade volume control dampers. Supply air grilles shall have duel adjustable louvers .Brand Approve by as directed by EIC.

S & I of VI pad for outdoor unit.

Supply and installation of Mechanical fire Damper in Aluminum. Construction ( Make: AFI/Primier/Air Kolkata / Green Air Cooling Solution )

Fabrication work :-Supplying, fabrication & fixing M.S u-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm) for making platform for installation of 2 Nos. of outdoor unit of 5.0 TR Ductable split AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm including supporting angle 50 mm x50mm x 6 mm in each platform in outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through 2Nos. (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) Angle inserted into the exiting wall. Area of the platform is 4Mtr. x 1.5Mtr. Including the scaffolding charge upto 4th floor.[NS]

ACP DROP CELLING :-Supply & Errction of aluminium composit panels (ACP). Interior grade of thickness 3.00 mm comprising of protective flim, polyester coating. Finally service as per manufacture specification finished withaluminium screw and silicon sealent complete in all respect including all incidental charges etc. as per direction . The colour is Off White colour ACP Combination as per direction of EIC.( Make-Aludecor/Urobond or as directed by EIC)

The structure should be made of 1.5"x1", 16 SWG aluminium Angel . The grid (4'x3') of aluminium preperation in such way that it rest the ACP ducting .iii)Suspension :-Suspension is done from celling with 6mm/8mm dia 10' long GI threaded rod .the GI rod is fixed at ceiling with clamp & Flush nut . At least 8' gapping inbetween them Pasting of 9 mm thick Nitrile rubeer thermal insulation with adhesive on ACP ducting cum ceiling . The insulating ruber containing thin aluminium foil on it at other side. (make-Supreme/alrmstrong or as directed byn EIC ).

Charges for dismantlling the Old type AC machines and submitted to the concern Authority.

Installation of 1.8/1.5 Ton capacity aplit type AC machine incl. necy iron frame arrangement and mending good the damages as per direction of EIC.
