Earthing complete in replacement with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 5 of MES SSR part-I(1991) (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in soft/loose Soil. Supply & fixing of SMC Junction box for street light having side hinged, outside dimention 333x233x120mm and inside dimention 300x200x105mm including 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of 63 Amps rating and connecting of existing LT power cable complete all as directed.

Supplying & Errecting in replacement of PCC pole to Steel Tubular Pole in 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, nuts, bolts and washers all as specified in IS including the followings:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, returning filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m from the starting points. (b) Providing PCC (1: 4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations up to ground level all as specified and directed. (c) Providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including necessary form work for plinth block/collar above GL all as specified and directed. (d) Providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work all as specified and directed. (e) Painting of Poles with one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of aluminum paint before fixing and one coat of aluminum paint after fixing. The complete embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black bituminus paint.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of Steel tubular LT/HT poles, any height including cross arms, MS strap, nuts, bolts, washers, cable protection pipe wherever provided etc and painting of complete poles with one coat of aluminium paint from 2.1 m above ground level to top of pole including cross arms and protection pipe and painting of bottom area of pole upto 2.1 m from ground level with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layer (30 cm wide) with black and yellow paint including writing pole numbers in white letter of approved size on black ground complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of LT/HT PCC poles for cross arms, MS strap, nuts, bolts, washers, cable protection pipe wherever provided etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint and painting of bottom area of pole upto 2.1 m from ground level with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layer (30 cm wide) with black and yellow paint including writing pole numbers in white letter of approved size on black ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying jointing, testing and commissioning in replacment LT underground cables 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 Core PVC insulated XLPE and PVC sheathed, heavy duty armoured, with multistranded aluminium conductors, IS-1554 marked, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 39 above but cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling, Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 50 to 100 mm bore and making good both ends all specified and directed

S&F in replacement GI Pipe (light grade) with necessary accessories/ fittings for cable protections/pole for crossing of culverts/nallah of following bore of sizes 100 mm bore.
