Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Taking out old brick from trenches shall be measured separately and deduction for brick shall be made on this account).

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming, in soft/loose soil, in layers not exc. 25 cms thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for protection to cable with one layer of new bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the brick is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub class ‘B’’ brick having compressing strength not less than 75 Kg/ Square cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Local tibba dry sand cushioning and cover (8 cm thick layer of sand before laying of cable and 15 cm thick layer of sand after laying of cable) for protection of cable, material and labour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully the defective street light fittings any kind any type from the poles/walls and refixing the same on poles/walls after repair complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.( Note: A Team of workers for emergency are avlaible inside the camp for 24 Hours) 1. T&P i.e, ladder and vehicle will provided by the contractor.2. The contractor/his rep will collect the complaint from JE every day 9.00 hrs , the same will be rectified before sunset on same day,If the contractor fail to rectify the defect mentioned in the complaint slip on same day, he will be charged Rs 100/per complaint and same will be recovered from the contract amount.

Taking down existing high mast head frame for dismantling the unserviceable parts including repair of control panel wiring incl testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Taking down and dismantling existing high mast pole of high 12 to 21 mtrs from bottom plate, nuts and bolts complete with the help of suitable T&P required for holding, lifting and dismantaling high mast pole, replacement of unserviceable part ,oiling and greasing of pulleys, gear box, rope and all moving parts including assembling, intallation of high mast pole complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. ( Note. 1. Cost of crane for dismantling high mast pole is deemed to be included in quoted rate. 2. Cost of oiling and greasing of moving parts in deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Taking down by disconncting the existing electrical connections of winch motor for rewinding / repairs including Rewinding the motor of capacity up to 2 HP with best class supper enameled copper wire of existing gauge and size including varnishes and insulating 230 V AC Hz electric supply system . refixing and reconnecting it to the original location for satisfactory functioning of winch on 230 V electric supply systemcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement steel wire rope of 10 mm size and capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down the existing winch gear box of hight mast light 12 to 21 mtrs by disconnecting the winch motor and supply in replacement the winch gear box of appropriate capacity as per sample and make , fixing and connecting the same with winch motor for satisfactory operation of winch on electrical power complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing of LED based Street light, housing made up of pressure die cast aluminum Alloy with effective thermal management, sturdiness . The fixture should have a minimum system efficacy of more than 100 lumen/Watt and a minimum system lumen output of not less than 1600 lumens and maximum system wattage 16 Watts. The fixture shall have a corelated color temperature of at least 5000K and a CRI of minimum 70 .The fixture shall be designed for a system life of 50,000 hours @70% lumen maintenance. Ingress Protection of IP65 (lamp and gear Compartment and Mechanical Impact Resistance Rating of IK >=05.
