Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 10 metre above ground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Providing and fixing unplasticized PVC pipes of 110 mm dia as weep holes cut to required length of masonry wall thickness 230mm, for discharging seepage water through them. Pipe cuttings to be place while wall construction in mortar including cutting bricks complete.
Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal m embers/ bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at t he bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work)
Providing detailed civil architectural and structural design of Perimeter Boundary wall along with drawings. Design should be based on latest BIS codes and standard engineering practice. The design shall be prepared by qualified and registered structural consultant, approved by Engineer-in-charge, all complete as per site requirements. The design shall be vetted and approved from Govt. Engineering College/NIT/IIT. The agency shall be solely responsible for the adequacy and structural safety of the proposed structure. After approval of structural design & drawing 3 (Three) set of good for construction design & drawing showing all relevant details shall be submitted duly signed by consultant.
Making and providing 12mm thick 450mm height AAI Logo made from cement mortar 1:3 projected from wall plaster surface and painted in blue colour and writing the warning instructions of 15 cm height in Hindi & English by cutting stencil in red colour as TRESSPASSING AND PHOTOGRAPHY PROHIBITED alternatively at every ninth panel of boundary wall/ or outer face locations as required over boundary as per instruction of Engineer in charge. Cost of item includes the cost of formwork for plaster and stencil.
