CONSTRUCTION OF DINING HALL ABOVE COMMUNITY HALL IN PANCHETTY PANCHAYAT (PUF ROOF)

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20 mm HBGS metal inculding cost and coveyance of all materials to site including labour for mixing ,laying,curing etc complete.,

Brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 83/4"x41/4"x2" for foundation and basement and superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all materiales curing etc ,complete.

Supplying and fabrication,placing in position of mild steel or ribbed Tor steel grils for RCC works inculding cost of steel and binding wire etc.

Supplying and erection centering for sides and soffits inculding necessary supports and structing for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab,Lintel,Beam coloum,sunshade etc complete.,

Terrace flooring with one solar reflective tiles size 250x250x20 mmusing Cm 1:3 with water proofing compound 2% weight of cement used and the joints pointed with same

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) Using anti-skid tiles (Observed Data)

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2 20mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.4kg/sqm mixed with colouring pigment to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joint neatly complying with std specification

Fabrication and supply of mild steel window of any size with single leaf outer frame made of 35x35x5 mm equal M.S angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5 mm M.S angle for horizontal and vertical member with stiffener and fully covered with 18 G plate etc complete.

Providing and Fixing of polyurethane foam as Internal Partition Wall Thermal insulation panels or Sandwich nsulated panels wihboth internal and external 0.50mm total coated thickness repainted galvanized iron sheet with micro ribbed profile and the insulation material will be chlorofluoro carbon and hydro chlorofluoro carbon free , high performance rigid polyurethane foam (PUF) conforming to IS 12436 having density not less than 40±2Kg/M3, Thermal conductivity (K-Value) 0.024 W/m.K measured at 10 degree C mean temperature along with necessary flashings such as L flashing, C flashing etc& accessories such as screws, fastners, sealants etc for fixing the panel etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coat of new iron works such as steel Doors,windows,ventilators, etc., with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coats,ete.
