Supply and applying for component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating smart care damp block 2K Suprema of Asian make in 2 coats over the prepared surfaces (wall/ sunken floors) at a coverage of 1.5 Kg/Sqm. The coating shall have 80% elongation as ASTM D412 resisting 5 Bars hydro static pressure as per D1N 1048 reduction to rapid chlorides shall be 70 as per D1N 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2m as per ASTM 45485. The coating have food grade certificate from laboratories like CFTRI. The max ratio of coating shall be 2 Part of powder & 1 part of liquid within any water addition in the mixing etc complete as per manufacturer specifications. After the surface dried, plaster the surface with CM 1:4 15mm thick. Note: All water proofing treatment will be executed by the authoised representative of Asian Paints

Taking down carefully electric water heater and any make after disconnecting the electrical connection, dismantling the geyser and removing connection pipes and repair, servicing, paiting for replacement of items aparture plate, thermostate, heating element, PVC connection pipe hot water etc. and after repair made serviceable condition to fix same place complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully energy meter after disconnecting the electrical connection, refixing or replacement the energy meter in same position including all electrical connection and material and labour all as specified and as directed.
