Restoration of rain cuts with soil, Morrum, gravel or a mixture of these including all leads and lifts and cost of arrangement of land, clearing the loose soil, benching for 300 mm width, laying fresh material in layers not exceeding 250 mm and compacting with plate compactor or power rammer to restore the original alignment levels & slopes complete as per MoRTH specification Clause 3002.

Repair of potholes by wet mix macadam material by removal of all failed material ,trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces ,cleaning of surfaces ,compacting base of excavation as per clause 503,back filling the pot holes with wet mix macadam material by manual means as per clause 406, compacting with roller 8-10T,trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface.

Filling pot-holes and patch repairs with bituminous concrete,40 mm with removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm verticalfaces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per Clause 503 back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material using 60/70 grade bitumen @ 5.0% oftotalmix &mixed inhotmix plant40-60 TPH capacity and carriage with all leads as per clause 509, compacting with smooth wheel roller 8-10 tonne, trimming & finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per MoRTH specification Clause 3004.2

Filling of crack using slow-curing bitumen emulsion and applying crusher dust in cracks complete as per MoRTH specification clause 3004.3.3

Supply,placingand compacting readymadecoldbituminous pothole patching mix in accordance with IRC : 116-2014 Specifications in 50 Kg Plastic - lined sturdy bags with 10 Km. average lead for supply and 20 Km average lead for placement. Mix Shall contain at least 5.6 % MC-800 Cut-back bitumen and suitable anti-stripping agent. Mix shall be workable and usable for at least 6 months. All 50 Kg. bags shall be transported to a storage facility designated by the Engineer. Since the mix contains volatile kerosene, sealed bags shall not be stored in a closed building or warehouse. No open flame or smoking shall be permitted near thestored mix.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish maximum 150mm thickness & dispose off up to a distance of 100 Meter outside the periphery of the area by manual means. Note : where only grass is met with , the area clear shall be measured & paid for under this item (MoRTH clause 201 )

Silt clearance of drains, channels and canals with lift 1.5 Meter. And lead upto 50 Meter.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing
