Construction of 33 kv /11 kv switch yard along with loading, unloading& proper stacking of all materials from store center Naini to dump/ work site.
Repairing of old & existing transformer plinth suitable for 5MVA power transformer As per RESPO Norms.
Dismentaling of old exiting 33/3.3 kv Transformar from the plinth then shifting of Transformar from the switch yard to safe place then loading & carriage of Transformar from Gaura Pump Canal to Store center Naini then unloading & proper Stacking of old power Transformar.
Installation of 33/11 kv, 5 MVA Transformer:
Shifting of 5 MVA 33/11 kv. Transformer to transformer plinth in switch yard.
Erection of shifted transformer at plinth by fixing all accessories like radiaters, conservator tank, filling the transformer oil upto desired level and ensuring that there is no leakage.
Delta earthing for transformer neutral- Digging pit of size 3.0x3.0x3.0 mtr then Boring and lowering of G.I. pipe size 32 mm dia, 10 mtr long , 3nos into the ground , With the lower end of solid each pipe with 50x6 mm GI strip bringing out a contiuous G I strip 50x6 mm from the cone up to the ground surface where it will be bolted to the M.S. earth strip for Transformer neutral conncetion, the earth strip will be welded to the G.I. pipe and neutral earthing support.
Fabrication and erection of neutral earthing L type support made of M.S. Channel size 100x50 mm. structure shall be 4 mtr. Long with 1 Mtr. Arms. Structure shall be grounted in ratio 1:3:6 in block size Ready mixed primer and Two coat of channel Aluminium paint work includes connecting neutral bushing rod of power transformer and M.S. Earthing strip with the help of flexible copper bond. M.S. bolt and washer.
Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S. angle (50x50x6)/(65x65x6) mm. 2.75 meter long, joined to each other by means of 5 Nos. M.S. flat (50x6)mm pieces of size 150 mm long each by welding at equal intervals and grounting in a block of size (300x300x700) mm in CC 1:3:6 complete with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of AI. paint, work includes providing of three Nos. M.S. clamps made of (50x6) mm MS. flat for holding the cable including nuts and bolts. (All Material Provided by the Contracter)
Digging pit for Boring 6 mtr long then lowering of G.I. pipe size 32 mm dia 6 mtr long GI PIPE , 6 no. into the ground , With the solid pipe with 50x6 mm GI strip bringing out a contiuous G I strip 50x6 mm from the cone of pipe to Transformer body conncetion, the earth strip will be contineously welded to the G.I. pipe and body earthing support.
Fabrication , erection & grouting of terminial gantry as per RESPO Norms.
Fabrication , erection & grouting of one gantry in the middle of existing busbar as per RESPO Norms
Carefully & safely shifiting of 33 kv. single transformer control pannel from outside to inside the switch gear room. Grouting of foundation bolts In C.C. ratio of 1:2:4 (Including cutting of RCC floor and finishing of RCC floor) as proper fixing and making connection in between vcb to controle pannel as per RESPO Norms.
Supply and installation of the cabinet of 24 V battery and battry charger in switch gear control room including grouting of foundation bolts as per drawing of manufacture, including providing the foundation nuts and bolts of proper size. The electrical connection between battery and battery charge with flexible copper lead to size 7/20 SWG shall be done properly. The work include installation, wiring upto control panel, testing and commissioning complete in all respect and testing of power T/F 33 KV CT, VCB and T/F control pannel, 11 kv incoming, outgoing Protection.
Supply &Laying of different size of (2x2.5)mm2/(4x2.5) mm2 Armoured control cable i.e. from Buchholz realy to Marshalling box Marshalling box to indication protection board in switch gear room. 33 KV CTs to CT's Junction Box CT 33 KV, V.C.B. control panel.
Earthing of 11 kv Switch Gears in the SGR Building with connecting 50x5 mm GI Strip in each switch gears.

Construction of VCB plinth for the VCB structure & Installation of 33 kv VCB with CT on the VCB out door structure on the plinth. Adjustment of operating mechanism in proper alignment for smooth operation of the same.The work also includes fabrication of addition arrangement for proper fixing.
Fabrication, erection & grouting with plinthing of 33 kv. Fuse set structure then erection of fuse set unit on the same structure then adjustment of jumpers for connection. (All materials provided by agency)
Fabrication, erection & grouting with plinthing of Line/ bus isolator structure then erection OF Line/bus isolator on the same structure then adjustment of Operating system of isolator for smooth operation of Line/bus isolator.
Fabrication, erection & grouting with plinthing of PI structure then erection OF Post insulator on the same structure then adjustment of Line jumpers.
Erection of 33 kv 10 KA Lighting Arrestors on the existing structure.
Stringing of 33 KV bus-bar bu using and laying ACSR Dog conductor including fixing of 33 kv disc insulator and disc fitting to complete as per requriement in existing switch yard.
Fabrication, erection & grouting with plinthing of 11 kv. Line isolator structure then erection OF 11 kv. line isolator on the same structure then adjustment of Operating system of isolator for smooth operation of 11 kv. Line isolator & making connection of 33/11 kv. 5 mva. T/f on 11 kv. side. (All materials provided by agency)
Fabrication, erection & grouting with plinthing of 11 kv. fuse set structure then erection OF fuse set unit on the same structure then connectioon for outgoing 11 kv. 3x300 mm sq. XLPE cable (All materials provided by agency)
Painting of all existing structure & proposed structure with one coat of primer and two coat of paint.
