Complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layers ) by scarping with steel scrapers or any other mean including filling depressions of scrapped surface with putty and preparation of surface for further treatment and M&L for two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a two coat of wall care putty on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge

Preparation of old/New painted surface of wood and wood based material any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old/New painted surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-Charge.

Complete removing of existing treatement by scrappping with asian paints TruCare Wall sander:-L-01/H-01 or equivalent (Having mechanical vaccum mechanism) or equivalent having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit havingg dia of 7"/"9" to mame the surface free from dust, loose paint etc, by skilled labour.

M&L waterproof cement based putty @ 1Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. Of average thickness 1mm of asian paints or its equivalent over the plasterd/ old painted wall after scrapping Asian Paints Trucare wall sander: L-01/H-01 or equivalent (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500 sannding pad of 240 Grit or above having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free form dust etc. by skilled labour. Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with asinan Piants Trucare putty mixer (Trucare Putty mixer with min 1400W power having mixer rod of industrual stell grade 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5Kg putty per minute).Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco Spray Machine(Model: EH 230DI) or equivalant having a DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041" Step-3 Allow 6-8 hrs time ot dry the putty surface.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun wotjh a max materal hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer woth pro guard technology and capability of traching pressure and paint usage and certified by paint maufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach area and prnetration of ditemper on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean envinment certifird by paint manufacturer.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick or stone wall/concrete surfaces on walls ,ceiling etc including raking out joints ,hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/concrete wall surfaces of any description, and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .
