Construction, testing and commissioning of new earth pit systems at sumps for lightning protection and internal shed wiring for illumination at sumps during monsoon 2026-27

Erection, testing and commisioning of maintenance free earthing electrodes (As per scope of work) incuding brick work around the earth pit. Numbering (Letter writing) of earth pit as per instruction of EIC.

Supply of safe and maintenance free earthing electrodes, GI pipe, diameter- 40mm, length - 3 m as secondary electrodes and 2 nos. hot dipped galvanized strip of size 25x6 mm, length-3 m as primary electrodes

Supply of side filling compound (Bentonite powder)

Supply and laying of 50x6 mm GI flate including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer, GI Bend etc. as required below ground. Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer.

Supply and fixing of copper lighting arrestor rod complete set (Franklin rod/conventional lightning rod) minimum 2 mtr from the top of the tubular Pole

Supply of copper lugs of following size

Supply of GI clamp grounding

Supply of GI Nut, Bolt and washer 3/8x2.5"

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. (Group C- for non-residential buildings )

Wiring for light/ power plug/Separate AC connection with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required (Make-Havells, Anchor, Polycab or equivalent)

Supplying and fixing following modular type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.15/16 A switch

Supplying and fixing following modular type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required. 6 pin 15/16 A socket outlet

Supplying and fixing following size/ modules, PVC box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required. 12 Module (200mmX150mm)

Supplying and fixing of 12 way,double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240V/415V,on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper busbar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar,interconnections, powder painted including earthingetc. as required. (But withoutMCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 5A to 32A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning including wiring inside DB etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 63 amp, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 milli amperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
