Sch A Part XI (Miscellaneous Items of B/R and E/M)

Supply and fix exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic, Copper wounded complete with louvers shutter, 230 Volts AC, single phase, 50 Hz, 900 RPM, 150 mm sweep with blades, frame complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying brick form protection of cable subclass ‘B’ laid dry flat across the cable with width equal to the length of whole bricks completed all specified and directed

Preparing the new concrete surface by removing or cleaing of all dirt, scales by brushing with wire brusses for remvong or cleaing of all dirt, scales oil grease and foreign materials etc, complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge and providing 2.5mm (minimum) thick hot thermoplastic paint (Retro relfective type) for road marking in white/Yeellow shade by fully automatic thermoplastic paint appplicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, gun, beads dispenser, propane tank, heaters and profile shoe, heaterdriven by skilled operator on road surface. Note:- (i) Road marking work shell be carried out in accordance with manufacturer's instruction and as specified in particular specifications. (ii) Refer MORTH specification of para 803.4.2.1 on concrete surface/surfaces in white colour yellow colour and super imposed with glass beads confirming to BS 6088 and MORTH specification para 803.4.3.3. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of valve chamber of size 900x900x900 mm in brick masonry in CM 1:6 with MS sheet cover 4 mm thick angle iron frame with size 50x50x6 mm, locking arrangement including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in bed/coping, plastering and all steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with one coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-22 (8..5 meter long) complete with CI base plate, pole cap/final taper plug reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole complete with including two coats of aluminium paint including one coat of red oxide primer including transporting the poles to plating & providing three bend/strap with paint red signal/post office colour 300mm apart from plinth block & numbering of poles including excavation in post holes in any type of soil, return filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in medium grade GI pipe bend to shape 1.2 mtr (32 mm dia as required at site) with two Nos clamps made out of 50x6 mm flat and bolts & washer with nuts duly grouted in wall or fixing on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix weather proof thermo plastic cable junction box, having IP 55 protection and overall size 155mmx210mmx92mm (Approx) having metric knockouts on the wall, duly fixed with the pole with aluminium strip (25x3 mm) clamp, Gl bolts, nuts, washers and 2 Nos polyamide weather proof cable glands of cable sealing range 10mm to 17 mm (complete with check nuts and including 1 Nos 30 Amp 4 way cable connector and 1 Nos 6 Amp SP MCB complete all as specified and directed. Note: During connecting the incoming and outgoing cables, the continuity of armour to be maintained by shooting them inside the box and earth continuity to be looped for LED fitting for grounding purpose.

S&F Copper wire PVC insulated two single core wire of size 1.5 sqmm with FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor 1100 volt grade cable in surface/recessed as required from junction box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters below normal ground level with the top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR part I and GI earth strip protected by galvanized pipe light grade 40mm bore and through test point including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of strata, Gl light grade 20mm bore watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh. PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab with 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm c/c both ways with MS Hook 6mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- (i) GI strip and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing.

Note:- Overall quoted rates including of all consumables and minor parts Annual maintenance contract (AMC) during the defect liability period of two year. Necessary MoU shall be submitted by the contractor duly signed by the OEM of AMC and further maintenance.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Smart meter ( RF / Cellular / Hybrid (RF+Cellular)) Three Phase AC Meter Tamper Proof, Static Meter of Class 1.0, 415 V, 50 Hz, 10 A-60 A having valid BIS licence of IS-16444-2015 (Reaffirmed 2020) and relevant IEC standards with default and on demand display, billing data generation facility, with prepaid and postpaid facility, anti-tamper features, Microprocessor and LED/LCD based circuitry, including integration and maintaining the Advance Metering infrastructure (AMI) of smart meters of different makes having valid BIS certification mark with specific CM/L number (not more than 33% of particular one make) to ensure interchangeability at later date using communication technology including GPRS/RF/Hybrid (RF + cellular) or any other advanced technology as per CEA/TRAI regulation in order to achieve overall economy in operation and maintenance.

Sch A Part XII (Manning and operation of lift during Defect Liability period)

Manning and operation of lift for two years by employing one semiskilled category industrial person wearing uniform in one shift per day of 08 hrs including Sunday and holiday complete all as specified and directed for following years:-

(a) For first year during DLP

(b) For second year during DLP

Sch A Part XIII (Annual Maintenance of lift after defect liability period)

M&L for annual maintenance of Lift by performing all fortnightly monthly, bi monthly. half yearly and yearly checks and tests including all repair and replacement of unserviceable spare parts for making serviceable after the completion of defects liability period (DLP) through OEM all as per specified and directed for the followings years:-

(a) For first year after Defect liability period.

(b) For second year after Defect liability period.

(c) For third year after Defect liability period.

Note for item No. 13.01 to 13.04:- (a) The contractor shall enter into MoU with the OEMs for the provision of the lift and further maintenance The MoU for the post warranty/post defect liability period between the contractor and OEM shall be submitted. (b) The rate quoted is inclusive of all consumable and minor parts but excluding of spare parts. If there is any requirement of major spare parts. same will be measured and paid.

Sch A Part XIV (PRIME COST SUM)

Lump sum price worked out by the contractor forPrime Cost Sum as listed in as listed in Sch ‘A’ Part XIV. Note :- The amount to be quoted by the Tenderer in BOQ inserted by the department shall be restricted to Maximum 15% over and above the prime cost sum , accordingly the tenderer shall quote the amount.
