B. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical driven centrifugal Raw water pumping set with starter, base frame including one stand by of the specification.

Supply, testing commissioning of Raw Water Pumping machinery (Centrifugal Pumps) on Barge of 100 HP, 45LPS, 116 Mtr Head, 2 nos. (1 working + 1 standby) including all necessary electrical and other installation works : Pump MOC - CI Casing, CI Impeller, SS Shaft, Mechanical Seal, Pump set with base frame, IE3 Motor (CC/ABB/Matharon/ Equivalent as per relevant BIS specification), Pump, Coupling, Pressure Guage, Coupling Guard, Foundation Bolts, M.S. Dismantelling Joint, DI suction & delivery piping like required with flanges, foot valve, DI sluice valve, DI non return valve etc., All piping works like Cutting, welding, Fabrication, Hydor Testing, Painting & Coating as per technical specificaiton. The panel board is to be errected in 1 :3 : 6 PCC foundation including excavation complete neatly wiring done, with the provision for the following electrical accessories. Drawing of Power line and sub-station at BARGE Site:Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of all Electrical works for Construction of 11 KV line and 11Kv/0.4 KV 100 KVA at intake station (Barge ) including , electric cables, Transformer, MCC panel, earthing, Cable trench, Cable tray, Gland and lugs, internal lighting & exhaust system , external lighting etc, including drawal of electrical power line from the nearby APDCL Grid, setting up of required capacity Sub-Station, providing electrical control panel & metering unit, deposite of Load Sanction amount payble to APDC on behafe on employer etc. and also including obtaining necessary approval from APDCL, payment of supervision & other charges to APDCL, if any, all complete, as specified & directed and all other associated works as per Employer's Requirements.

F. Labour Charge for Carrying, laying, testing and commissioning of 15000 Rm long 250 MM dia. RWPM with D.I. pipe

Earth work in excavation in black toping road surface (average thickness of black toping 35mm) including the removal of road metal, boulders and refilling the same properly and restore the road surface to its original condition (except black toping as the black toping to be done by the P W D on necessary payment all complete as directed.

Earth work in excavation for metallic road surface (average thickness of 40 cm) including the removal of road metal, boulders and including restoration of road surface original condition all complete as directed.
