Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The Item Rate quoted shall include the Royalty Charges on construction materials and other taxes as per prevailing Government Orders.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of kppp portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27.7.2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The Tenderer shall obtain the workdone certificate in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer (District Level Officer) and scan the Original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Certificate/Certificates shall be produced at the time of opening of technical Bids for physical verification.

The Employer reserves the right to Reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason.

Tenderer shall note that the Tenders of those found Eligible as mentioned in Clause 3 - Qualification of the Tenderer in Section 2 : Instructions to Tenderers (ITT), will only be considered for evaluation.

Bidders are advised to note that, 18% GST will be not added in the amount put to tender.

GST will be paid over and above the contract amount.

The bidder should mention the UDIN No on the turnover certificate, failing which bid is rejected.

If the bidder uploaded the false document while participating in the tender, the bidder will be responsible and action will be initiated as per the tender clause.

The Bidder will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value of this work.

The work should be completed in 11 (Eleven) Months ( including monsoon).

The KPWD Code, KTTP Act/Rules ,Delegation of Powers and other Government Orders issued by the Government from time to time will apply.

All the specifications in the commercial bid format please be read as with all leads and lifts etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Defect liability period is One (1) year from the date of actual completion of the work.

Technical Criteria

General

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Past Experience

3.2(b). To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. (between 2020-21 to 2024-25) , (b) Satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least one similar nature of work to an extent of 50% of the cost of the work. Rs. 42.36 Lakhs.

Work Done Certificate

3.2 (c). To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. (between 2020-21 to 2024-25. To qualify for award of this contract, (c) Executed in any one year (for a continuous period of 12 months), the minimum quantities of work: (usually 80% of annual rate or requirement) (a) Earthwork excavation /Subgrade/Embankment : 412.00 cum (b) PCC / RCC : 39.00 Cum (c) Steel : 3.00 Ton. (d) Supplying fixing of Granite statue / Stone masonry : 430.00 Cum.

Financial Status

3.2 (a) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e. (between 2020-21 to 2024-25) (a) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (In all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works only) (not less than 2 times the estimated annual payment under this contract) of Rs 84.73 Lakhs.
