M&L for grouting of tile area to arrest seepage generating from the existing floor using epoxy grout (laticrete (spectrolock pro premium)/Roff/Dr.fixit (epoxy grout)/ Ardamex (EG15)/ Fosroc (Nitotile EPW Grout) @0.20 kg per sqm as per the following step-by-step procedure:- (i) Dry the area completely such that the joints must be bone-dry. (ii) Then use a grout saw or utility knife to remove old grout and debris. Aim for a depth of at least 5mm or 2/3 of the tile thickness to clear the joints. (iii) Remove every speck of dust using blower. (iv) Mix the epoxy base, hardener and filler in the ratio strictly as per the manufacturer's recommendation and small batches to be made as the pot life of the epoxy is approximately 30 minutes. (v) Now apply Using a rubber float to push the grout into the joints at a 45° angle. Ensure the joint is packed full from bottom to top and clean the excess grout by using the float to scrape off from the tile surface as much as possible before it begins to set. (vi) Lastly, thoroughly clean the tile surface after minimum of 30 minutes of application in a circular motion using scrub pad and water.
