Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing and including the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) . including carriage complete job.

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth: Using Quarry Stone with bond stone.including carriage complete job.

Providing and laying MS pipe 300 mm dia for cross drainage including excavating,laying and refilling of earth including carriage complete job.
