Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete (HSR 10.63.2) Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete (HSR 11.58)

Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge, to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.50 mm all complete With 2nd class teak wood beading 62X 19 mm (HSR 12.33.1)

Providing and fixing ISi marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters (HSR 12.36.1) 35 mm thick including ISi marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 2.0 mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm, or base ties of 2.00 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge (HSR 13.3.1.1) Profile B. Regarding terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Flush pointing with cement mortar 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement for prefixed flat tile bricks on top of mud phaska With F.P.S. brick tiles (HSR 30.20.1)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having voe content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (HSR 30.25.1) Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade (HSR 30.28.1) One or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (HSR 30.37.1) Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty (HSR 30.54.2) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 5 mm (weight not less than 12.5kg/sqm)
