NOTES :- 1. Contractor need to purchase minimum 50% of all items mentioned in this CA within 20 days of getting sample approval and kept in custody so that no delay in work due to non-availability of materials will be faced. Contractor should ensure during the cause of work that he has minimum 25% of materials with him till the completion of item/date. 2. Contractor should buy the exact items which are given with catalogue reference. Other makes will be approved only by submitting non availability Certificate Company. Contractor need to remove all the dismantled items without delay. 3. Rate quoted for demolition/dismantling /taking down is inclusive of removing the same from site and dumping at given locations anywhere inside station. 4. Contractor will make his own arrangement to store his items. 5. Some places in this contract where the vehicle will not reach the spot directly, the material will be moved manually in these places. The rate quoted will be considered all inclusive on this account. 6. All trade skilled labour required in this contract shall be present daily in working hours, irrespective of complaints received. 7. Complaint for a similar items may be in scattered / different area, quoted rate will be considered all inclusive on this account.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, lamp holders, light fittings etc removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc. including paint touch up to match with the existing surface as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable MCCB/main switch (any type and capacity) and making good the disturbed surface of walls including paint touchup to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Taking down existing unserviceable distribution board with MCBs, switch fuse unit, enclosure and making good the disturbed surface of walls including paint touchup to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Taking down Existing old unserviceable submain wiring of any description /type size and removal of UNSV material from site and making good the disturbed surface of walls / ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes all as specified and as directed by the Engineer -in- charge .

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor, single core, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable with proper colour coding subjected to IS 732, 1100 volts grade drawn in ISI marked MMS non-metallic PVC conduit of size not less than 20mm dia conforming to IS 9537:latest, surface type terminated in sunken type GI sheet metal flush boxes of 16 Gauge including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for following:-

NOTE :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the boxes to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. If the building is stone masonry, diamond tools must be used to cut the surfaces. In case the box needs to be put on surface, prior approval must be taken from the Engineer-in-charge and high impact ABS plastic boxes with minimum 1mm thickness shall be used instead of metal boxes. (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for provision and installation of conduits, covering sunken boards/terminal boxes / junction boxes of any shape and size modular white colour cover plate with frame and modular metal flush box. All metal boxes and plates to be of the same make as the switches mentioned in this schedule. Note: Inspection elbows, inspection Tees, self locking saddle clips shall be used as accessories for laying conduits as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting ceiling fans of any sweep and from any height including electrical connections, bringing down, dismantling, opening up, cleaning internally and externally, overhauling by replacing unserviceable items such as split pins, bearings, bushes, copper flexible cord, cotter pins and check nuts etc, lubrication with approved lubricants, reassembling including replacement of worn-out /defective parts and refixing for smooth functioning and connecting cable from ceiling rose to fan including testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Notes for item No 56 & 57:- Replacement of unserviceable spare part required for servicing/overhaulingand rewinding of fans shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items after testing and commissioning vide relevent Item of this schedule.

Taking out burnt copper winding wire from fan, cleaning the rotor shaft properly and rewinding with new super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing size/ gauge including heating/ varnishing etc complete as per manufacturer's design for the following fans:-

(b) Exhaust fan of 230/300 mm sweep

(c) Exhaust fan of 375/450/305/380 mm sweep

S & F in replacement of motor for plastic exhaust fan of any size and type complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of louvers with suitable frame work and fixing arrangements for exhaust fan of any size sweep complete including removing the existing unserviceable one all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of aluminium frame and SS mesh Grade 304 mosquito net ivory colour with stopper and screws suitable for exhaust fan of any size all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking Down water heater (Electric Geyser) storage type of any make of 25 / 50 ltr capacity after disconnecting the existing electrical connection, water pipes and reassembling in all respects after replacing unserviceable parts/components and testing for proper working after repairs and refixing in the original place/position duly connecting up water supply and electric supply etc.complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- Spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items below. However labour cost of replacement is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply only the following parts in replacement of water heater (Electric Geyser) storage type of given make and size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Chargre :-
