Taking down carefully storage type water heater (Geyser) of 25/50 litres capactity after disconnecting inlet/outlet/vent pipes, electric/earth connections etc cleaning of the body inlet/outlet/vent pipes stop cocks non return valves etc leakage arresting of inner copper/steel tank by welding/brazing etc reassembling the geyser by replacing gaskets worn out nuts washers etc refixing the same in position by replacing mounting bolts and nuts reconnecting all inlet/outlet/vent pipes electric/earth connections and carrying out testing for proper functioning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.( Note : New Parts shall be measured and paid for seperately.)

Supply only heating element of 1.5 KW/2.0 KW capacity of storage type water heater of compatible type including making all connections by replacing inter connecting copper conductor cables and removal of old unserviceable elements all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only thermostat suitable for 25/50 litre capacity storage type water heater including removal of old unserviceable ones as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only cut out for 25/50 litre capacity storage type water heater including removal of old unserviceable ones as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only non return valve (gun metal) of size 16/20mm including removal of old ones all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix CPVC SDR 11 fittings union of size 16 mm dia bore including taking down old u/s GI union

Supply and fixing CPVC SDR 11 fittings union of size 20mm dia bore including taking down old u/s GI union

Supply and fixing of CPVC pipes 16mm bore SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting on wall/ ceiling or laying on floors complete all as specified including taking out old GI pipe.

Supply and fixing of CPVC pipes 20mm bore SDR 11 and plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting on wall/ ceiling or laying on floors complete all as specified including taking out old GI pipe.

Supply & installed storage type water heater (Geyser) capacity 25 Ltrs five star rating GMV type prefixing and grouting work for mounting nuts,bolts and washer etc in wall and reconnecting all inlet/outlet/vent pipees electrical/earthing connections and carrying out testing for proper functioning including dismantling of old geyser and deposited in MES store yard all as per directed and specified by Engr-in-charge. Supply only flexible pipe connection suitable size with brass chromium plated coupling nut and PVC washers on both ends complete for cold/hot water inlet/outlet lines for geyser.

Supply only indicator lamp assembly complete for water heater (geyser) suitable to work on AC 230 V supply and to match the existing size any type including disconnecting and removal of old ones.

Preparation of old painted surface of 50 liters storage type water heater and applying two coats of white synthetic enamel paint of approved make as directed.

Preparation of old painted surface of 25 liters storage type water heater and applying two coats of white synthetic enamel paint of approved make as directed.

Supply only copper tank (inner) of 50 ltrs storage type water heater conforming to IS 2082-1978 suitable for vertical or horizontal type heaters including removal of old tanks of capacity.

All as above item No 15 but for 25 ltrs capacity.

Taking down and servicing of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep at site and removing of old grease from bearing of ceiling fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt/ washer, rubber real bush, canopy and reassembling the fan complete and hanging on its original/ new position as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note: MS nut bolts with spilt pin, Ball bearing and Gun metal bush etc shall be measured and paid for seperately under appropriate items of BOQ)

Taking down and servicing / cleaning of exhaust fan 230 to 300mm sweep at site and removing of old grease from bearing of exhaust fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt, rubber real bush, gun metal ball bearing, capacitor, split pin etc and re-assembling the fan complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only MS Nut bolts with split pin as per sample and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Ball bearing suitable size of ceiling fan / pedastal and exhaust-fan of any type and size .Make : SKF/ Tata

Supply only gun metal bush suitable for ceiling fan / pedastal and exhaust fan any type and size including removing old one.

Taking down and opening the body cover of ceiling fan any type and make and cutting the existing worn out winding with out damaging the stator, removing the coil insulation and putting new insulation of polyster paper, winding with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge with correct number of turns of auxillary and main winding and varnishing and backing complete including soldering new lead of copper wire testing complete including transportation to work shop and back all as directed Note : - (a) Contractor shall have to make the arrangement for testing of Rewinded fan upto 24hrs at NOFRA Sub stn and in case of failure to above said testing a penalty of Rs 200/- per fan shall be deducted from contractors due and rewinding of same once again is bonded. (b) Fan should be returned to MES yard after rewinding within 10 days from the date of issue otherwise a penalty of RS 10/- per day per fan shall be deducted from contractors dues.
