Annual Rate Contract for job items required for Corporation Vehicles and Machines

Calibration of Fuel Injection Pump with replacement of worn-out parts viz, Head & Rotter, Bearing set, Shaft, and Nozzle testing with replacement of wornout Nozzles etc.

Cylinder Head Job with replacement of worn-out parts fitting of Inlet and Exhaust Valve, Head Tikky,cylinder head seat cutting & fitting new seats ,Cam shaft alignment , Valve Guide fitting, Head re- Finishing ,Cylinder block Boring with Sleeve Fitting , Crank Finishing , and complete testing of Cylinder head etc.

Repairs to radiator by way of washing with caustic soda .The job includes repairs to damaged tubes and fins by soldering at various spot and then testing of the radiator for checking any sort of leakages after conducting the necessary repairs. The job includes p/f of new radiator cap.The job includes dismantling of Radiator Assy from the vehicle and shifting of same to workshop and fittment of the same to vehicle after necessary repairs. The job also includes carriage of the Radiator assy from Mechanical Division of SMC to Workshop of the contractor and back. (job item)

Re-tensioning to Front/Rear suspension system by way of dismantling complete front/rear leaf spring assembly and then re-arching/retensioning of leaf springs . The job shall include dismantling of the wheel spring assembly completely with the help of jacks. The leaf spring shall be cleaned and hammered / temperred upto the required shape and requisite tension followed by greasing. The whole assembly shall be fitted and greased properly to make the assembly work smoothly.The job shall include replacement of all wornout parts viz,bushes,springs,u bolt,shackles,etc.

Repairs to self starter by way of replacing worn out carbon brushes, self bush bendex, self solenoid switch and then refitting and testing (job item)

Repairs to alternator assembly by way of replacement of damaged alternator cut out, carbon bushes, bearing, including minor wiring works for proper fitment & testing. (job item)

Providing & fitting of seat covers of superior cloth with foam cusion fillings &repairing.

Wiring check with replacement of worn out parts viz,electric components fuses wiring etc.

Crimping of Hydraulic Hoses with fitting of adapters
