Earth work Open excavation by Mechanical Means for Open Earthwork in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 100 mts and clearing and levelling including dressing of sides and raming of bottoms etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Upto 2.40m Depth

Supply and filling in foundation and basement with Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted with surface vibrator, watered and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying Rubberised interlocking Paver block M40 grade Providing and laying of 83mm thick high strength type conforming IS 15658-2006 of rubberized interlocking paver lock in size of minimum compressive strength of 40N/mm2 in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in flurring bone pattern with sand cushion below the uniform shap of approved non skitting surface in the top and the rate including levelling the base preparation of pavers as sub base, sand cushion 150mm thick laying out of pavement cut the pieces to fix the edge vibring the pavers,sweeping tranporting loading unloading of laying paver block as per standard specification,.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - Mixing by mechanical means

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9” x 4 1/2” x 3” with class designation of 10 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge. In Cement Mortar 1:5 (For Foundation and Basement)

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel grills for windows, ventilators etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying , fixing and roofing with colour galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick with all necessary accessories such as J/V bolt and nuts of suitable length with suitable bitumen washers complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting Structural Steel Work for Roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc., conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamel painting as per design given by the departmental officers etc., complete as per standard specification.
