Improvements to MDR-1 Favdewadi Musalewadi Pangaon NH-31H To Karepur Sayedpur MDR-15 to Dhaveli Kavthali Anandwadi NH-63 Road, MDR-103, Km.0/00 to 26/00 Tq.Renapur District.Latur.(Under CRF)

ITEM No. 1 :-          Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 millimetre, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned up to a lead of over 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 millimetre in thickness.

ITEM No. 2 :-                  Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts and leads and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed. By Mechanical Means.

ITEM No. 3 :-                  Dismantling of existing B.T. Surface (flexible Pavement) to a depth of 50 millimetre manually including loading of dismantled material to transport vehicle at site excluding lead charges.

ITEM No. 4 :-                  Conveying materials obtained from road cutting including all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grades and section, watering and compacting to not less than 97% of standard Proctor density for a lead of over 1.00 Kilometres inclusive from the site of excavation to the site of deposition as directed.

ITEM No. 5 :-          Supplying hard murum / kankar at the road side, including conveying with all leads and stacking etcetera complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

ITEM No. 6 :-                  Spreading hard murum/ soft murum/ gravel or kankar for side width complete.

ITEM No. 7 :-                  Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with Vibratory roller including artificial watering etcetera complete.

ITEM No. 8 :-                  Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader/ Paver on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 - Plant Mix Method and Grading - II Material.

ITEM No. 9 :-                  Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with Vibratory roller to the required density. By Mechanical Means- Grading I (Using Screening Type A (13.2) millimetre Aggregate) .
