Construction of Community Hall at Balilessa Mandir, Nalbari

Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement, coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering

(i) Using mixture machine

(A) In substructure up to plinth level

Foundation, footing, columns with base tie and plinth beam, pile cap, base slab, retaining walls….M20

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevant I.S. Code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. complete. (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate)

(Upto 1st floor level)

a) From Primary Producer:TATA/SAIL/Esser Steel/ Jindal steel/Shyam steel/RINL

(ii)Super Ductile (SD) TMT reinforcement bars

Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below

Columns, Pillars, Posts & Strut

i) Using 38 mm thick plank

Sides and Soffits of Beams, beam haunchings, cantilever girders, bressumers, lintels and horizontal ties.

i) Using 38 mm thick plank

Flat Surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings, cantelever slabs, chajjas, balconies and the like.

i) Using 38 mm thick plank

20 mm thick Cement plaster in two coats on single or half brick walls for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed.

B) On fair side (backing coat 10 mm and finishing coat 10mm thick)

b) In cement mortar 1:4

1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement mortar and will be measured and paid separately)

(A) 112mm thick brick wall

(a) In cement mortar in proportion 1:4.

Providing, fitting and fixing anodised aluminium sliding windows and ventilators of standard sections of approved brand without horizontal glazing bars, joints mitred and welded (manufactured to relevant IS specifications) and providing and fixing handles, angle cleat, rubber gasket, roller, bolting device, locking arrangements, screws etc as required complete as specified and directed for all levels.

(b)3 Track sliding window

(iv) 5 mm clear glass

Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department.

(i) Thickness = 1.5 mm thick

m) Distempering two coats with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface to give an even shade, over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brooming the surface free from mortar dropings and other foreign matter and including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth.

(i).Priming coat with distemper primer

(ii). Top coat

Applying one self-priming coat of acrylic emulsion coating of Unicem "Rakshak" brand by thinning 1ltrs of paints with 1ltrs of water over freshly plastered wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth as specified and directed by the department.

Finishing old / new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of approved make of Berger paint of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats)

Provision of railing at ground floor

1st class brick nogged wall in cement mortar including racking out joints and curing complete as directed in super structure above plinth up to 1st floor level (protruding M.S rod/Tor steel of column to be embeded in cement mortar and will be measured and paid separately)

(A) 112mm thick brick wall

(a) In cement mortar in proportion 1:4. (1 cement:4 sand)

20 mm thick Cement plaster in two coats on single or half brick walls for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed.

B) On fair side (backing coat 10 mm and finishing coat 10mm thick)

Supplying fitting and fixing M.S.angles, M.S. flat, M.S. bolts and nuts including painting with red lead paint one coat complete as directed.

a) M. S. Angles

(a). With ready mixed paint , Wood primer (pink)

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping.

(i).Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth.

b). High gloss (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).
