Fabrication, providing, installation ,testing & commissioning of Mild steel suction pipe of 300 mm nominal dia. with 6mm wall thickness to be laid at LIS Sonmerteng. The suction/Delivery pipe shall be in 03 piecesfor easy dismantling on suction side & as per site on Delivery side. The job includesproper laying of pipe as per:- i. Nominal dia. = 300mm ii.Wall thickness = 6mm iii.Quality of Mild steel to be used for manufacture of pipes = As per BIS-226 Or BIS-2026 iv.Type of welding = ERW v.Pipe to be manufactured as per BIS-3589-1981 vi.Maximum circumferential joints in each pipe length = 2-3

Fabrication /Pr/Fitting of 300 MS flanges for by way of electric arc welding for installation of the above suction pipe i. Thickness of the flange= 12mm ii. Inner dia. of the flange=300mm iii. Outer dia. of the flange=450mm iv. Number of holes on flange=10-12 Nos. v. Dia. of holes on flange= 20mm. The job includes all fitting material like nuts/bolts & RI Cloth washer etc at site .

Fabrication, providing & installation of 300mm dia. Mild steel Bend for suction side/Delivery Sides duly fitted with M.S flanges at both the ends having flange thickness of 12mm . The bend shall be fabricated out of 6.3mm thick M.S pipe. The specification of the flanges fitted to the Mild steel bend shall be as specified :- i. Thickness of the flange = 12mm ii. Inner dia. of the flange =300mm iii. Outer dia. of the flange =450mm iv. Number of holes on flange = 10-12 Nos

Manufacture, providing, fitting and installation of 300mm dia. Mild steel foot valve. The foot valve shall have to be fabricated out of 6mm thick Mild steel plate. The flanges fitted with the foot valve shall be of 12mm thickness. The thickness of weight plate shall be 20mm and shall be fitted with heavy duty hinge having sufficient foot valve seat dully turned on lathe and fitted with leather washer. The job also includes fabrication, providing and fitting of M.S strainer made out of 10mm sq. bars. The height of the strainer shall be 300mm other specifications of the foot valve are given hereunder:- Material =Mild steel plate Thickness of body = 6mm Internal diameter of foot valve= 300mm Thickness of weight plate = 20mm i. Providing fitting, installation and testing of priming pump set of size 50 mmx65 mm to be connected to 02 Number 10 Cusec horizontal type pumping units at site. The priming pump set shall be of reputed ISI mark preferable make Crompton /Kirloskar. The priming pump shall be Monoblock type mounted on channel Iron common base frame. The capacity of the pumping equipment shall be as per requirement at site and the prime mover rating shall be of 5 HP. The speed of the pumping equipment shall be 2880 RPM (Max.) The job includes providing/fitting of all accessories as per requirement at site as mentioned below:- a). G.I suction pipe of 65mm dia. = 20’ (Approximate) b). G.I delivery pipe of 50mm dia. = 10’ c). C.I gate valve /ball valve of 50mm dia. =02 Nos. d) C.I gate valve /ball valve of 25 mm dia. =01 Nos. d). C.I foot valve of 65mm dia. = 1 No. e). G.I bends, elbows, sockets, flanges, nipples= as per site requirement. f). 4mm sq / 7/0.20 PVC copper conductor = as per site requirement. g). 05 HP DOL three phase starter Bentex make or any reputed make.

Fabrication, Providing, Fitting of Working Platform at fabricated out of ISMB-150, ISMC-75x40 and 5 mm thick MS Chequered Plate. The working Platform shall be of size 13 feet x 5 feet. The working platform shall be fabricated out of ISMB-150 13 feet long in two parallel lengths which shall rest on the cement concrete retaining walls. The two beams shall be spaced at 5 feet properly braced with ISMC-75x40&5 feet long as per site requirement. The horizontal frame fabricated shall be covered with 5 mm thick MS chequered plate which shall have two openings for Suction pipes as per site . The whole structure shall be permanently fastened together by way of electric arc welding using Advani or equivalent make electrodes. Surface area of Chequered plate ( Approx.)= 6.04 m2 Weight of Chequered plate=240 Kgs (Approx.) Weight of ISMB-150= 118 Kgs (Approx.) Weight of ISMC-75x40= 43 Kgs (Approx.) Total weight= 400 Kgs( Approx.)

Fabrication, Providing, Fitting of Sump MS Gantry fabricated out of ISMB-200:- The job includes Fabrication, Providing, Fitting of two vertical posts fabricated out of ISMB-200 &20 feet long spaced 14 feet apart or per site requirement properly grouted on earth pit with cement concrete. Excavation of earth pit 2’ X 2’ X 2’.6” & then erection of the above two no vertical posts . The job includes providing and laying of plum concrete in the ratio of 1:3:6 underground.The vertical posts shall be fitted with 10 mm thick MS Plated of size 1 Ft X 1 Ft at top ends for resting of horizontal beam. The vertical posts shall be braced by ISA-40 X 40 X 5 to working platform as per site requirement for its strength. ISMB-200 horizontal beam of length 15 feet long shall be rested upon the above vertical posts. The whole structure shall be permanently fastened together & with working platform by way of electric arc welding using Advani or equivalent make electrodes. Weight of ISMB-200= 425 Kgs (Approx.) Weight of ISA-40 X 40 X 5 = 25 Kgs (Approx.) Weight of 10 mm thick MS Plate = 13 Kgs (Approx.) Total weight= 463 Kgs (Approx.)

Providing, installation & testing of 03 MTon Capacity chain pulley block (Pullift/ Indef Make) for above gantry having 06 Meter lift including operating chain, clamp and steel rope for fitment of the chain pulley block to be hanged on ISMB-200 Horizontal main beam. The job includes testing of the same on full load.
