Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick after the cable have been laid tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of out door type cubical panel board suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415V, 50 Hz and tested at CPRI for 35 MVA rapturing capacity at 415 volts factory fabricated in an approved factory with CRCA sheet not less than 3 mm thick having modern fabrication process powder coating in approved shade having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust and vermin proof and general construction conforming to IS : 8623/93 and the panel duly supported with suitable size of MS angle iron. The LT panel shall be front and back openable and having inner and outer shells. The inner shells duly compartmentalized for each control gears.The panel should have suitable size of aluminium Bus -bar three phase 4 wire system having current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated current carrying capacity of the incomer ACB/MCCB. The LT panel to be incorporated with Digital Multi functional meter VAFPP (Voltage,current,frequency,power factor)- 01 No., Phase indicator lamp (LED type) - 1 Set (set of three). Cutting and trimming of tree branches on any type of surface and height to clear OH lines in the area of LT OH lines feeders (including repairing and jointing of ACSR conductor if damaged during cutting of tree) and removal of the trimmed branches of trees and depositing the same where directed including providing the necessary ropes/cutting tools, safety equipment like helmet etc as per safety norms (IE Rules) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted / rusted surfaces of steel tubular LT poles 9 mtrs long type 410 SP-31 and applying one coat of aluminum paint (1st quality) incl cross arms and channel, angle fitted on the pole incl wiriting pole numbers and cutting vegetation growth all around and on the poles up to 1 mtr radius complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to PCC/steel poles of any type and any size with a coat of synthetic enamel paint with white /blue30 cm wide strip upto the height of 1.5 mtr above ground level and marking the pole No in 4” dia yellow paint circle complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
