L053_T3 RD road Natima to Mahapada_Road_Berm dressing and Pot hole Repair with SDBC_0.100 to 1.350

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and tree of girth upto 300mm ,and removal of stumps of such trees up to a lead of 1000mal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.1 & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying and compacting of WBM Gr-III Sub base / base course including preparation and compaction of sub base and spreading of clean and crushed aggregate to proper grade and camber including application of screening for interlocking, watering and rolling with power roller as per the direction of EIC.

Cleaning the existing granular base surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes of materials etc complete.

Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion at the rate of 0.40 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface including cost ,carraige , royalty of materials labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous including all cost, carriage, royality, taxes of materials etc complete.

Providing and applying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface including cost ,carraige , royalty of materials labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 20 mm thick Premix Carpet using 0.18 cum of 13.2 mm and 0.09 cum of 11.2 mm size chips with 14.60 kg. penetration grade of bitumen per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, tar boiler and other T&P articles including all cost, carriage, royality of chips and bitumen etc. (With H.M.plant)

Providing and laying 6 mm thick precoated Seal Coat Type - B using 0.06 cum of 6.7 mm size chips and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.8 kg. of bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixture, tar boiler etc including all cost, carriage, royality of chips and bitumen etc.(With H.M.plant)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lift & leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 Kms, spreading, grading to a required slope & compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoSRT & H specification for Road & Bridge work (AR - 06, P - 157, item no - 35)

Providing and spreading moorum in road berms watering and consolidation with HRR rammer etc. comple all other machineries , cost, conveyance & royality of materials with all labour, T&P and Cess required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
