Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm and Re-fixing in same opening complete all as specified and directed

Resecuring or easing & adjusting without taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkhat (without taking of shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 sqm each including making good the disturbed surface in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 or CM 1:3 all as specified and directed

All as per Item No 3 above, but exc 1.50 sqm and not exc 4.00 sqm each

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each all as specified and as directed

Solid PVC door frame (Single rebated) of size 60 mm x 30 mm made out of solid foam with homogenious fine cellular structure having smooth outer integral skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100x8 sheet metal CSK screws complete all as specified and as shown on drawing (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life) complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing with wood free EPS .

M & L for powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified )

M & L Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Supply & fixing of 4 mm thick sheet glass or wire mesh be measured and paid separately.

S&F Anodised aluminum powder coated (of any shade/colour as approved by GE ) ventilators with adjustable 4mm thick figured glass louvers, fixed in half portion, without sash bars, aluminum section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminum snap beading, screws, including stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm including complete etc all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Size of Ventilators = 500x850 mm)
