Returning, filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick soft/hard soil all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Ball valve plastic body of Size 90 mm bore as per existing location confirming to IS flanged/screwed ends as per site requirement with nuts bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in pressure gauge 100mm, 10kg/Sq.cm in old/new position duly provn of ferrule and fixing short nipple/bolt duly welded/joined as leak proof incl all necessary arrengements complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only high strength Calcium based white or off white free flowing granular chlorination chemical decomposing at 177°C, Mol. Weight 142.98, Toxity :Oral rate LD50:850 mg/Kg. or calcium Hypo chlorite 65-70% chlorine content in granular and tablet form in suitable packing as approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Purchase voucher shall be provided in original with supply of material and shall be taken on ledger charge by the concerned. (ii) Supply of materials shall be regulated as per orders issued time to time as per the requirement. Only three month stock to be supplied by the contractor at a time. (iii) The empty drums shall be destroyed and converted into PVC scrap in presence of Engr-in-Charge. (iv) Only fresh lot not more then three months at the time of received material shall be supplied by the contractor.

Taking out centrifugal pump only from foundation including opening with coupling from motor 5 HP and transporting from pump house to Siliguri workshop for repair

Dismantling of 5 HP centrifugal pump of Make Kirloskar opening, veryfying, inspecting and placement of damage parts and cleaning, reconditioning, polishing, cutting, machine work, iboringalignment or shaft etc and reassembling of pump and spray painting including placement of all nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets etc and transporting to siliguri workshop and back complete. (Note: spare parts shall be measure and paid separately under relevant item as supply only)

Supply only impeller for 5 HP centrifugal pump

Dismantling of 5 HP motor and removing of burnt out winding cleaning including rewinding with all insulating materials, varnishing, heating, reassembling, painting including testing after completion incl transportation of 5 HP motor from pump house to Siliguri workshop for repair and back complete all as directed.
