Note For Item No. 2.00 & 3.00 here-in-after:- After opening of Financial Bid, if it is found out that quoted rates are below the existing minimum labour wages rates of semi-skilled labour (inclusive reliever to operator as per labour act) as prescribed by the Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF , ESI, Bonus, GST, Labour welfare cess etc as applicable, than Accepting officer at his sole discretion, has the rights to reject the quoted bid and the same shall be treated as “Non-Bonafide”. In such case the lowest tender shall be determined by lowest amount amongst valid bonafide bids for acceptance. Pl ref Note 50 on Page 18

Manning and operation of DG sets of capacity 62.5 KVA - 04 Nos near electric sub station No TRS 1,2,3 & 4 for standby eclectic supply for perimeter street light including periodical maintenance /repair/cleaning of installation and equipments properly to keep dust free all the time with One FGM in each shift for two shift everyday of each installation (04 x Nos installation) and Timing of shift will be as per site requirement decided by Engineer-in-Charge for operating at Kanasar. (Note:-One FGM shall be operated four numbers installations).

Manning and operation of DG Set of capacity 40 KVA at CICP Bldg for standby electricity with one FGM in each shift of eight hours for one shift (Timing of shifts shall be as per site requirement decided by Engineer-in-Charge) for Kanasar including cleaning of installation and equipment properly to keep dust free all the time complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

NOTES :-(For Sch ‘A’ item No 2.00 & 3.00 here-in-before) (a) The DG Sets shall run only in case of failure of electricity. (b) DHPP will be issued by the department under Sch `B' free of cost for running of DG Sets only at 27 FAD Kanasar MES store. (c) Timing of shifts shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (d) If any loss/damage takes place during operation of DG Sets the same shall be made good by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted by tenderer. (e) Operator / FGM /Electrician should be qualified / experience in the field as specified in PSS-II.

(f) Rates quoted by tenderer is deemed to include following: -(i) General cleaning of DG Set rooms with cleaning of plants machinery, LT Panels, DG Sets, filter battery terminals. (ii) Cost of log sheets for DG Sets for daily running records in booklet form for a day complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per sample supplied here-in-after in the CA. (iii) Cost of perishable & petty items such as oiling/greasing to moving parts generators, PVC insulation tapes wherever required and cost of broom sticks, cotton waste, dhoties etc for cleaning of machinery, LT panels, DG sets etc for installation shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iv) Carry the diesel from MT yard of GE (P) Kanasar, Bikaner to installations as per requirement by the contractor at his own arrangement. (v) Necessary tools and plants required for efficient maintenance of AC Plants including required minor stores shall be provided by the contractor and the rates are inclusive in the quoted rates (vi) Cost of Uniform (Pant & Shirt ) and electric shock proof shoes (two times in the year) approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for general check up & preventive maintenance and B Check Services by Authorized OEM (Every 300 Hrs. of engine operation / 6 months, whichever is earlier) for complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( Note : (i) materials required against this item shall be measured and paid separately under item No. 5.00 to 10.00 as supply only (ii) Labour required for replacement of an item shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item only)

Material & labour for draining existing radiator, cleaning thoroughly the radiator fins by air blower recharging the chemically treated including replacement of all water hose pipe suitable for 25 KVA to 160 KVA DG Sets complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for dismantling the self starter 12 Volts DC of DG sets and transporting to work shop for carrying out overhauling by replacing all unserviceable spares including pinion, re-assembling and refixing the same to DG sets including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable 2 M length each soldered with 02 Nos gun metal battery terminals suitable or 180 AH and 240 Volts DC supply complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking out defective fuel injection pump of DG set capacity 25 KVA to 62.5 KVA transporting to work shop and cleaning of injectors nozzles and overhauling complete including calibrating and re-fixing the same including testing the DG Set to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out defective old flexible hose pipe from DG set including supply and fixing new hose pipe suitable for 40 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out defective old flexible hose pipe from DG set including supply and fixing new hose pipe suitable for 62.5KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out defective old flexible hose pipe from DG set including supply and fixing new hose pipe suitable for 100 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out defective oil pressure gauge of DG set including supply and fixing new oil pressure gauge as per existing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only distilled water in one liter container

Supply and installed in replacement of battery 12 volts 180 AH including initial charge and connected DC cable thimble nut, bolts etc including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and installed in replacement of battery 12 volts 135 AH including initial charge and connected DC cable thimble nut, bolts etc including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installed testing, commissioning in replacement of AVR suitable for 62.5 KVA to 160 KVA DG Set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of self starter 12 V complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of dynamo/Alternative 12 V complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dismantling the dynamo 12 volt DC of DG sets and transporting to work shop for carrying out overhauling by replacing all unserviceable spares including re-assembling and refixing the same to DG sets including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide, and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for laying of cables, pipes in soft/loose soil etc and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out including trimming of sides all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil and making mounts of surplus soil

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified

Sand cushioning 230mm thickness with local tibba dry sand ( one layer of 80mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150mm thickness afterlaying of cable) and punned down to 180mm after laying of cable in trenches for protection of cable all as specified. Notes :- (i) Approved local tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured

Brick protection using old retrieved bricks (old retrieved bricks obtained from taking out of cable, laid flat dry, laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Taking out old unserviceable LT cable and Supply, Laying , jointing and testing XPLE insulated LT armred cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor complete of size 35 Sq mm 3.5 core as specified and directed

All as per item No.32 here-in-before but 10 Sq mm 2 core

Supply and fixing in replacement off load changeover switch 63 Amps 415 volt AC 4 pole side handle operated in sheet metal enclosure complete, including fixing connection of cables nut bolts and washer of suitable size required for fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Location- (a) DG set RO Plant (b) DG set tube well No 2 (c) DG set tube well No 3 (d) DG set tube well No 5.

Draining out old diesel from exiting diesel tank and taking down diesel tank cleaning thoroughly the diesel tank including replacement of minor spare parts such as nut-bolt clamps and fit at existing position as specified and directed. Location of DG Sets (a) DG Set RO Plant (b) DG set tube well No 2 (c) DG set tube well No 5. Note:- cleaning of both DG sets will consider One Job

Taking out unserviceable asbestos rope from the exhaust pipe cleaning the exhaust pipe supply and wrapping new asbestos rope 12 mm dia including replacement of gasket and tightening of all nuts and bolts all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for painting of DG set of 40 KVA to 100 KVA capacities including alternator radiator, chassis fuel tank muffler exhaust pipe complete with all accessories including panel boards, scrapping thoroughly the existing corroded paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete and mentioned MES Nos on all DG set all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of water pump assembly with water pump pully, blade and belt suitable for 40 KVA Location.

Supply and fix in repairs existing unserviceable PVC flexible diesel pipe (as per sample) suitable for 62.5/100 KVA DG Sets.

S&F in replacement of MCCB capacity 63 Amp, 4 pole, rupturing capacity not less than 35 KA including connecting, testing etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
