Dismantling of spindle / rod and check nuts of flanged type sluice valves by way of manufacturing of new spindle / rod made out of mild steel and new check nut made out of gun metal material. The job includes dismantling of sluice valve reassembling after fixing of spindle and check nut duly manufactures and threaded in workshop including cost of welding, packing, carriage to & fro upto the workshop and back to site of work (Complete job) from 100mm dia Slucie Valve upto 450mm dia Slucie Valve.

Dismantling of spindle / rod and check nuts of flanged type sluice valves by way of manufacturing of new spindle /rod made out of mild steel only. The job includes dismantling of sluice valve reassembling after fixing of spindle and check nut duly manufactures and threaded in workshop including cost of welding, packing, carriage to & fro upto the workshop and back to site of work (Complete job) from 100mm dia Sluice valve upto 450mm dia Sluice valve.

Decamping of main cable at filtration plants from LT poles, cutting of main cable by Hexa blades, providing / fixing of bone china insulators, thimbles, cost of PVC tape rolls, fuse wire, engagement of skilled / un skilled labours, cost of rope, hire charges of long stair etc. complete job.

Providing and fixing including testing, commissioning and fabricating at site MS Pipe Specials including M.S Flanges made out of 6mm thick MS Sheet including cost of flanges 12mm thick nuts, bolts, washers etc. and all sorts of carriages upto site of work as per requirement at site complete job.

Dismantling of complete reduction gear unit of de-sludge bridge for repairs by way of providing & manufacturing of complete reduction gear with hub. The job includes costing of brass material, grinding & finishing of virme in order to make the new teeth, replacement of damaged oil seals by way of new one, replacement of ball bearings, pouring of required specific gravity gear oil in order to run the reduction gear in smooth order, refixing of same at the site of work including all sorts of carriage from site of work upto workshop and back to site of work including testing and successful commissioning (Complete Job).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

White washing with lime to give an even shade on New Work (three or more coats).

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. i. With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ liter.

ii. With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromatic on steel / iron works having VOC content less than 250 grams/ liter.

Overhauling voltage stablizers installed at site. The job includes pouring / filling of transformers oil of required specified gravity, replacement of driven rotars (automatic), replacement of voltage meters, Amp meters, indicators, thimbles etc. complete job making the unit complete functional for bearing of required load. The job also includes labour charges, cost of wiring, pin sockets and all sorts of carriages from site of work upto the workshop and back to actual site of work including installation at site and testing, successful commissioning complete job. i. 5KV to 10KV
