Construction of New Conference hall and new peripheral developmental works at Sub Collector office Athamallik (Civil, EI)

Part-A (Civil Work) Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches, column foundation, pit, etc in all kind of soil including moorum stony earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rock and boulders not requiring blasting including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with initial lead of 50 mtr and all lifts, including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of labour, labour cess, hire & running charges of all machineries, sundries & T&P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. Upto 1.5 Mtr Depth

From 1.5 Mtr upto 3.0 Mtr Depth

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site obtained from approved borrow pits including including carriage by mechanical means from within a specified Lead from from the site, including loading, unloading to approved dumping ground or as approved /directed by Engineer-in-charge, including cost of equipments/ labour, conveyance, royalty, T&P etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. ((earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba /rock/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved dumping ground or as approved /directed by Engineer-in-charge, including all lifts involved.etc as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, diluting and preparing chemical emulsion like CHLORPYRIPHOS or other chemicals approved by Central Insecticides Board or as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as pre-constructional anti termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around wall trenches, basement excavation, top surface of plinth filling, junction of walls and floors along with external perimeter of the building, surrounding the pipes and conduits etc. complete at the rate of 7.5 liters (or as directed by the manufacturer) per sqm on vertical and 5.0 liters per sqm on horizontal surfaces, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm center to center etc.complete as per IS:6313/1981(Part-II) and as per the direction of the Engineer -in-charge including all cost of materials, labour and T&P etc all complete.

Supplying and filling with sand in foundation and plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well watered and compacted , top surface dressed and levelled to proper level and gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance,royalties, loading, unloading, cost of all labour, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:4:8) using 40 mm & down grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) using 40 mm size grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing and laying Brick masonry work in Foundation & Plinth using Fly-Ash bricks confirming to IS 12894 and IS 2212 in cement mortar (1:6) affter immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use, with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc. as per the drawings including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, royalties, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, watering and curing, sundries, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
