Dismantling timber scantling 40sqcm and over in section as in unframed work in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or any thickness as in roof covering, wall cladding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges,valley complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1998 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels of grade Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality A Square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with revited bolted or welded attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel flat iron in bands, straps, supports or stays for pintle hinge, hand made sliding bolts, hold fast etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface n.exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in hard dense soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance exc. 200m but n.exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick ( Below or above ground) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, cills, hold fasts, fixing of post, water trough, lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, etc. including necessary formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre polished chequered cement concrete tiles in floor, area exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm, 25 mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles over screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 1.5 sqmm, single core, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dia non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 1.5 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 2 run of 1.5 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 1.5 Sqmm cable along with conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.)

S & F in repairs LED box type fitting pre-wired including LED tube 1x20W connecting up with aluminium housing and sheathed 1100 volt grade flexible copper cable & fix on PVC block complete all as directed. Make:- Jaquar / Havells / Philips / GE / Crompton

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty flat cable of size 6 Sqmm 2 core, PVC insulated aluminium solid conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 m apart including replacing 4mm suspension wire including taking down old cable of any descrip[tion complete all as specified and as directed.
