Taking down existing water proofing treatment on the roof, cleaning with wire brush etc. and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced concrete on roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams/ chajjas and similar suspended work and removing unserviceable debris off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 30 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding / leveling course kerbs, or chamfered on edges, finished even and smooth with using extra cement, mixed with water proofing compound all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:3) for laying floor finishes, mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 3 mm thick APP modified waterproofing membrane, weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finished weighing not less than 100 g/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celcius longitudnal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqcm , 10 cm overlap and 15 cm for end laps , over a coat of bitumen primer @ of 0.20 Kg/Sqm and finishing with bituminious aluminium paint applied @ 0.10 Kg / Sqm and finished all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed. Note:-The work shall be carried out by authorised applicators of manufacturer.

M & L for applying 3 coats of acrylic polymer based elastomeric coloured single component UV resistant liquid membrane (Dr Fixit New Coat or equivalant of Sika/Cico/STP) of about 1-1.5mm dry film thickness (dft) over and including a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instructions over roof slab and taken up to 300mm high on wall etc, coving the prepared substrate at junctions of the terrace and parapet using polymer mortar to fill in the cracks opened up in V grooved all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Work will be carried out through manufactureres applicators only. (ii) Coverage of material should not be less than 2 Sqm per litre per coat or as per manufacurers instructions.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for Refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade with all fittings for water supply pipes etc., laid in trenches /fixed on walls with suitable fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 15 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade with all fittings for water supply pipes etc., laid in trenches/fixed on walls with suitable fixing accessories complete all as specified and as directed. .

S & F 20 mm bore Gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tank of capacity exc 500 ltr & n.exc 1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks, 1000 Ltr capacity, cylindrical, vertical with closed top, hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia ball brass valves, high pressured with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, of capacity exc 500 ltr but n.exc 1000 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing unserviceable debris off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with solid block, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and removing unserviceable debris off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on fair faces of brick work/ roof fascia etc., finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on concrete surface of chajja or roof facia, laid over and including 10mm thick doubing coat plastering in CM (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion (anti-fungal) paint over a coat of primer all as specified as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed.

Dismantling single layer mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for fixing only roof tiles mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar (1:3) or cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling battens for tiles, shingles etc of any size including tilting fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for second class hardwood tile battens clean sawn witrh sectional area exc 15 Sqcm but n.exc 25 Sqcm, at 30 cm centres complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unframed timber scantlings 40 Sq. cm and over in section, in any position tile battens as in roofing complete all as specifid and as directed.

S & F for second class hard-wood scantlings clean sawn as in roof members complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for 0.60mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new/old untreated surfaces of magalore pattern tiles including brooming down or steel wire brushing applying one coat of tile guard exterior grade apex paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets and suspension grid complete all as specifeid and directed.

M &L for modular false ceiling systems in Mineral Fibre Sierra having micro look teglar edges of 13mm thickness of size 595mm x 595mm GRG ceiling tiles shall have a humidity resistence of RH 99 with NRC level of 0.70 and light reflactance up to 85% and fixed with suspension system (Grid).The size of the same is 15mm x 32mm, The galvanised iron sheet of thick 0.30mm used in the manufacturing of gird is zinc coated for preventing corrosion.
