ITEM NAME :

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand); With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge; All kinds of soil.

12 mm cement plaster of mix; 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in – charge; Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level; 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level; 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and fixing & Welding, Cutting work of MS angle Size 50*5*5 in Electric Cable Trench for Support & Frame Work with Grouting etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level; Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Dismentallig & removing of all existing damaged panels, cables, cable glands, push button stations, well glass, fittings, G. I. cables trays, earthing strips etc. of V.A.P. section electric room (E-5) & cable trenches and put them in pre decided scrape yard etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Cleaning of existing cable tranches of V.A.P. and E-5 after removal of all old damaged cables & other material etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Carrying of wastes out of the Alkaloid Plant on tractor trolley etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing & Welding, cutting work of MS Flat Bar Size 25*5 in Electric Cable Trench etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality; L D- 2.5; Rectangular shape 600x450 mm internal dimensions.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.
