Repairs to roof treatment of certain bldgs in the AoR of DIPAC under AGE (I) (U) B/R Delhi Cantt-10.

Amount

Preparation of existing roof surface by scraping, cleaning and making rough to receive the roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement in roof padding of any position of any height complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per sq.m including cleaning base surfaces complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrance weighing not less than 3Kg/Sqm, reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (Wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application using gas torch with an overlapping 100mm on each side complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: No extra charges shall be paid for gas & other arrangements.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified & directed.

M& L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded agg) in kerbs , rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of 500 litre capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Disconnecting existing tanks of 1000 litre capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Dismantling water tank exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltr and removing from site as complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F of rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical withclosed top) hoisted and fixed in position of 1000 ltrs capacity any description,complete all as specified in SSR Part I.

Dismantling water tank exc 250 & n exc 500 ltr and removing from site complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F of rotational moulded polythene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical withclosed top) hoisted and fixed in position of 500 ltrs capacity any description,complete all as specified in SSR Part I.

Taking up or down 15mm steel tubing and connections,including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified by E-in-Chrage.

S&F of galvanised steel tubing 15mm bore “medium grade” with all fittings complete fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for refixing old 15mm steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors,etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm steel tubing and connections,including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified by E-in-Chrage.

S&F of galvanised steel tubing 20mm bore “medium grade” with all fittings complete fixed to wall/ ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for refixing old 20mm steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls,ceiling, floors, etc) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel screwed both ends for iron pipe of 15 mm dia all as complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F in repair gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel screwed both ends for iron pipe of 20 mm dia all complete all as per specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in Cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster , any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces by using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- rate to be quoted by bidder inclusive for WPC).

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer (chalk whiting ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down PVC pipe of any size of any description with fittings complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm dia single socketed with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with clamps complete all as specified

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm dia bends complete all as per specified and directed.
